ོར་བ་ལ་སྤང་བྱར་མི་འཛིན་པ་སྟེ། དེས་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་མི་ཡོང་བ་དང་། མྱ་ངན་ལས་འདས་པ་ཞི་བར་མི་འཛིན་པ་སྟེ། དེས་གཉེན་པོ་མི་བསྟེན་པ་དང་། འབྲས་བུ་ལ་རེ་དོགས་མེད་པ་སྟེ། དཔེ་རང་ལས་གཞན་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མེད་པ་དང་། དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དོན་ཡིད་ལ་བྱེད་པ་སྟེ། བཟའ་གཏད་མེད་པའོ། །དེ་རྟོགས་པར་བྱེད་ན་བརྒྱུད་ནས་བླ་མས་བྱེད་ལ། དངོས་སུ་རང་གིས་རྟོགས་པའོ།། །།ཞེས་པ་འདི་ནི་རྗེ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དཔོན་པོ་སྤྱན་སྔ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྗེ། བསོད་ནམས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ་ཟླ་འོད་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དཔལ་བཟང་པོས།།རི་བོ་ཤན་ཏིར་བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་སྤེལ་བའི་བསླད་དུ་བགྱིས་པའོ།། །།ཡི་གེ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀུན་དགའི་སོར་མོ་རྩེ་ལ་སྐྱོད།། །།

不执著于轮回，这样就不会产生不顺遂；不执著于寂灭（涅槃），这样就不会依赖对治；对果没有希望和恐惧，譬如除了自性之外没有其他的佛；心中专注于真如之义，这样就没有依赖。如果想要证悟它，需要通过上师的传承来引导，但最终要靠自己去真实证悟。 这段话是宗喀巴大师的上师，尊者却吉杰（Chos kyi rje），索南伦珠扎沃嘉灿华桑波（Bsod nams lhun grub zla 'od rgyal mtshan dpal bzang po），在香提山（Ri bo shan tir）为了弘扬噶举派的教法而作。

Not clinging to samsara, thus not creating unfavorable conditions; not clinging to nirvana, thus not relying on antidotes; having no hope or fear for the result, like there is no Buddha other than one's own nature; focusing the mind on the meaning of Suchness, thus having no dependence. If one wants to realize it, it is done through the lineage of the lama, but directly realized by oneself. This was composed by Je Tsongkhapa's (Rje Tsongkhapa) master, the venerable Chos kyi rje, Sonam Lhundrup Drakpa Gyaltsen Pal Sangpo (Bsod nams lhun grub zla 'od rgyal mtshan dpal bzang po), at Mount Shanti (Ri bo shan tir) to propagate the teachings of the Kagyu (bKa' brgyud) lineage. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
