At this time, first relinquish all the various tasks that need to be done, alleviate fatigue, and maintain a balanced diet. Meditate during the day, and strongly aspire in your mind: 'Tonight, I must recognize the dream within the dream.' Before going to sleep, do not relax, visualize at the throat a four-petaled lotus, with a red ĀḤ (藏文,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,English literal meaning: Ah) at its center, and white letters ANUTTARA (藏文,梵文罗马拟音:anuttara,English literal meaning: unsurpassed) arranged clockwise on the petals. Slightly focus your awareness on these five letters, and finally focus on OṂ (藏文,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,English literal meaning: Om), then go to sleep. Continue this for several days. If you dream of fears such as cliffs, water, or being chased by enemies, this is a sign that you are about to master the dream. Once you have grasped the key point, when you dream of cliffs, etc., you will realize 'This is a dream,' and this is mastering the dream. After further mastery, your heart will be filled with joy, your body will feel comfortable, and similar dreams will continue for a few days. If the first key point is not mastered, then you need to practice more extensively. Prepare as before, but instead of visualizing at the throat, visualize a white bindu at the brow center, and focus your awareness there before going to sleep. If this does not work, change the bindu to black and focus there. If this does not work, then you need to practice even more extensively. If you sleep deeply, reduce your food slightly and wear light clothing. Even if you have dreams but cannot master them, during the day go to an empty, pleasant, deserted place, run naked and shout loudly. Do this three or four times a day. Then, go to a place with cliffs and frighten yourself. Afterward, return to your dwelling at night, and when you sleep, lie with your body upside down, and before going to sleep, visualize a black bindu at the brow center and focus your awareness there. You will master it on the very first night. Even if it is very difficult to practice, you will master it in three nights. Afterward, continue to practice for several days. If you can recognize the dream and various disharmonious things occur, expand it. If you dream of dogs, imagine hundreds or thousands of dogs, or each dog being immeasurably large, and also make your body into many. Sometimes press down on them with the sun and moon, sometimes go to the bottom of the ocean, sometimes press down on the top of Mount Meru, etc., do all sorts of things. This is expanding the dream, and through this samadhi, you will realize that all phenomena are mind, and realize that mind itself is like a dream and an illusion. Even so, if the experience of bliss and emptiness is insufficient, you will not be liberated from samsara, and you will develop attachment to the dream itself, so you need to seal the dream. Before going to sleep, visualize a clear white bindu at the brow center, filled with the experience of bliss, and then transform it into red and enter it into the central channel. At the appropriate time, experience the experience of the third empowerment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Even without actual experience, remember it. In this way, happiness will burn more intensely, and fainting will occur due to samadhi. Therefore, this itself possesses the qualities of the taste of meditation. If one clings to this, other afflictions will also arise, and karma will be accumulated, leading to rebirth in samsara. Therefore, this is the taste of arising afflictions. Furthermore, in a slightly spacious dark room, tie two fists to your heart, and turn your eyeballs upwards. Let awareness relax, and if happiness is expanded by emptiness, one will realize Mahamudra. Sometimes, slightly align the extremely fine hole of the Brahma's gate, and also turn the eyes inward. This will also generate supreme bliss-emptiness. This is called the measure of learning wisdom. At that time, one will know all dharmas as mind, and understand them as illusion or dream. Even so, after realizing bliss-emptiness, still fearing rebirth in samsara, and fearing not attaining liberation, therefore abandon this worry, and elevate realization to the extreme, which is to combine it with conduct. For all that is seen, such as forms, remember your own experience, and be distracted and accustomed to various objects. Eventually, there will be no distinction between meditation and post-meditation, and the experience and realization of samadhi will reach perfection. Even if such samadhi is stable, it may still cause rebirth in the bardo due to the cause of death. If one takes a body, that is known as the time of returning to samsara. The key here is: 'First relax and let go of thoughts.' That is, in the bardo, let go of the desire to recognize the illusory body as an illusory body, focus on the dream, and develop the dream as desired. If there is no distinction between meditation and post-meditation, one will obtain the illusory body in the bardo, and the bardo itself is the supreme body, which is considered to be the accomplishment of the Buddha body. Regarding this, the teacher Nagarjuna praised the illusory body, saying: 'In emptiness, there is no your body.' etc., and made explanations about great qualities. The above is a summary of the key points of dream and illusory body instructions. From the records, it only says not to confuse the key points, without more detailed explanations. In the mandala of the Dharmadhatu Bodhicitta, may I and all sentient beings, through the merit and realization accumulated in the three times, enable all sentient beings in the six realms to quickly attain the complete five-kayas of Buddhahood. May auspicious glory shine and become the ornament of Jambudvipa! May there be auspiciousness! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
