ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟ་བུའི་ཆོས་འདི་རྟོགས་ན་ཡིན། །སེམས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་དེ་འདས་པའི་རྗེས་མི་བཅད། མ་འོངས་པའི་མདུན་མི་བསུ། ད་ལྟ་བ་གང་དུ་ཡང་དམིགས་པ་མེད་པར་བཞག་གོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བཞག་པས་སེམས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་གསལ་ 1-10-50a ལ་རྟོག་པ་མེད་པ་ནམ་མཁའ་རྣམ་པར་དག་པའི་དཀྱིལ་ལྟ་བུ་འབྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་ཡང་ཡུན་རིང་བ་ལ་ཡོན་ཏན་དུ་མི་བལྟ། ཐུང་བ་ལ་སྐྱོན་དུ་མི་བལྟ། དུས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་དེ་ཉིད་ངང་དུ་མ་ཡེངས་པར་བཞག་གོ། །སྐྱེ་མེད་དོན་ལ་དེ་ལྟར་བསྒོམས་གྱུར་ན། །ཆོས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་གཉུག་མའི་ངང་དུ་འཆར། །ཆོས་རྣམས་རོ་མཉམ་དུས་གསུམ་རྒྱུན་པར་རྟོགས། །དེ་ལྟར་དོན་ལ་མ་ཡེངས་རྒྱུན་པར་ཞོག །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་དོན་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་རྣལ་དུ་མཚོན་པའི་མན་ངག །དུས་གསུམ་ཀུན་གྱི་སངས་རྒྱས་དགོངས་པ་འདི། བླ་མ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རྟོགས་གྱུར་ཏེ། འགྲོ་བ་སེམས་ཅན་འཁོར་བའི་འདམ་ལས་སྒྲོལ་གྱུར་ཅིག །བདག་ཀྱང་ཕྲིན་ལས་བླ་མ་དང་མཚུངས་ཤོག །ཅེས་གསུངས་པའོ། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོའི་མན་ངག་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་སྒྲོན་མེ། ཁུ་དབོན་གསུམ་གྱི་གསུང་སྒྲོས། སློ་དཔོན་བསྒོམ་ཆུང་གིས་སློ་དཔོན་བསྟོད་ལུངས་པ་ལ་གདམས། །དེས་བདག་ལ་གནང་ངོ་།། །།བཀྲ་ཤིས་སོ།། །།

如果能证悟如虚空般的法，那该多好啊！心性（sems nyid）的本质，不对已逝去的追忆，不对尚未到来的期盼，当下之处，不作任何执著安住。如是安住，心性之本质，清明而无分别，犹如虚空般清净的坛城显现。 对此，不以时间长短来衡量其优劣，任何时候都不要散乱，安住于本然状态。如果能如此修习无生之义，一切诸法皆于本初状态中显现。一切诸法，于三时之中，恒常了知其味平等。如是不散乱地安住于此义中。 这便是真实证悟大手印（phyag rgya chen po）之义的口诀。这是过去、现在、未来三世一切诸佛的密意。上师成就者们皆已证悟此义，愿能救度众生脱离轮回的泥潭！愿我之事业亦能与上师无异！’如是宣说。 大手印口诀珍宝灯，乃是叔侄三人的教言。阿阇黎（slob dpon） 贡琼（bsgom chung） 传授于阿阇黎 堆隆巴（bstod lungs pa），堆隆巴又传授于我。吉祥圆满！

How wonderful it would be to realize the Dharma like the sky! The essence of mind (sems nyid), do not cut off the past, do not welcome the future, and in the present, rest without any fixation whatsoever. By resting in this way, the essence of mind, clear and without conceptualization, arises like a perfectly pure mandala of space. Do not regard length of time as a virtue, nor shortness as a fault. At all times, remain undistracted in that very state. If you meditate on the meaning of unborn in this way, all phenomena will appear in their natural state. All phenomena, in the three times, are constantly realized as being of equal taste. Thus, remain constantly undistracted in this meaning. This is the essential instruction for truly realizing the meaning of Mahamudra (phyag rgya chen po). This is the intention of all Buddhas of the three times. May the Gurus and accomplished ones realize this and liberate sentient beings from the swamp of samsara! May my activity be equal to that of the Guru!' Thus it was said. The Jewel Lamp of Mahamudra Instructions is the teaching of the three Khus and Wons. Acharya (slob dpon) Gomchung (bsgom chung) imparted it to Acharya Todlungpa (bstod lungs pa), who then gave it to me.
