The thirty powerful chiefs, together with their retinues, please accept this vast offering of sacrificial cakes and protect the Buddha's teachings. The essence of all Buddhas. The entrusted activity is: Hūṃ hrīḥ. From the sacred palace of the realm of Dharma, the powerful and mighty supreme ancestor Heruka, the mantra master, the thirty arrogant chiefs, the oath-bound ocean of siblings and attendants, together with their retinues, remember your previous vows. Arise, arise, arise from the realm of Dharma! Urge, urge, have compassion for beings. Do not be negligent, do not be negligent, quickly move your bodies. The time has come to subdue with fierce manifestations of intensely wrathful, fierce, majestic, and blazing forms. We, the oath-bound vidyādharas and yogis, offer the actual arrangements and the mind-emanated, the outer, inner, and secret supports, the samaya substances, and the supreme substances of accomplishment, the Pañca Amrita (Sanskrit: pañca amṛta), the great ocean of red blood, the varieties of Ja gad, golden libations, and the finest drinks. The collection of Bha ling tormas is piled up like a mountain, the flesh and blood of oath-breakers, enemies, and obstructors, and all the desirable enjoyments that are available. According to each of your desires, this wondrous Samantabhadra cloud of offerings is offered as a powerful repayment for past deeds, and for the sake of accomplishing future activities without negligence. By offering this vast ocean of offerings, may you be pleased with your majestic power, and may it be the basis for bringing all happiness and well-being to beings. May the precious teachings of the omniscient Victorious Ones flourish throughout the vast realms, and may the individuals who uphold the teachings of study and practice increase like the waxing moon. May all mother-like beings equal to space have all kinds of outer and inner harms pacified, and may their life, glory, wealth, and so on increase, and may they always enjoy the glory of the ten virtues. May all kinds of outer vessel world realms have all disturbances of the elements, high and low ground, wars, famines, and times pacified, and may they manifest as supreme with the glory of the age of perfection. 愿福德光辉与种姓，权势威望财富受用力，闻思修之证悟增盛，美名骏马遍扬十方。 地下地上及空间，国王大臣君民僧尼男女众，智者成就者之体验与证悟力，祈愿成办怀摄彼等之事业。 黑方魔众之根本枝干与军队，不悦恶毒凶残之心识众，教法之公敌瑜伽士之私敌等，祈愿成办解脱于智慧法界之事业。 从前世至今，大威力护法之主尊您等，时时恒常依止修持故，恒常助伴事业不懈怠，直至菩提不离伴。 此为铁女鸡年（1921年）萨嘎月之良辰吉日，从怙主殿威力自在处，由圆满化身第五世图丹确吉多杰以利益教众之清净意乐所书，此若有错谬，于具智慧眼者前忏悔。 愿吉祥光辉成为赡洲之庄严！ 萨尔瓦芒嘎拉姆（藏文，梵文天城体：सर्बमङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalaṃ，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥）。 善哉！ 三十部主的广大事业，名为成就如意宝藏之仪轨，完毕。

May merit, glory, lineage, power, authority, wealth, enjoyment, and strength, the experience and realization of hearing, thinking, and meditating increase greatly, and may fame and fortune spread in all ten directions. Kings, ministers, lords, subjects, monks, nuns, men, and women residing underground, on the surface, and in the sky, the experience and realization of scholars and accomplished ones, may the activities of gathering them under control be accomplished. The root and branches of the black side's demonic forces, along with their armies, the hordes holding unpleasant, malicious, and cruel minds, the general enemies of the teachings, and the personal enemies of yogis, may the activities of liberating them into the realm of wisdom be accomplished. From past lives until now, you great and powerful protectors, since we have always relied upon and practiced you, may you always be companions and may your activities not be neglected, may you be inseparable companions until enlightenment. This was written on an auspicious day in the Saga month of the Iron Female Bird year (1921) from the powerful and free place of the Protector's Palace, by the fifth Dzogchen Tulku Thubten Chokyi Dorje, with pure intention to benefit the teachings and beings. If there are any mistakes, I confess before those with the eyes of wisdom. May auspicious glory become the ornament of Jambudvipa!
