For the great repayment of past deeds, and as a request for the good deeds now entrusted, please accept this offering and accomplish the activities! Especially, may all diseases, evil influences, and harms of us, the master, disciples, and retinue, be pacified, may life and merit increase, and may the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished. Accomplish the activity of subduing the three realms! In general, may the common enemies of the Buddha's teachings, the enemies of the Three Jewels, and the personal enemies of the yogis, be liberated right now! Furthermore, in all regions and countries, may the calamities of disease, weapons, and famine be completely pacified, may there be long life, freedom from illness, perfect happiness, good harvests and livestock, and abundance of wealth. May all wishes be completely fulfilled, and may we enjoy the glory of perfect benefit and happiness! Thus, offer the essence and torma in a clean place. Then, the offering and praise of gratitude: OM SHRI VAJRA DHARMA PALA SAPARIWARA ARGHAM (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) etc. to SHABDA MAHA PANCHA AMRITA RAKTA BHALINGTA KHAHI (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning), thus offering and praising. The praise is: In the past, in the presence of the great Orgyen, to those who practice properly, you promised to care for them like a mother cares for her child, I prostrate and praise the Dharma protectors and guardians. Thus praising. Confessing faults: What was not found, incomplete, and whatever was powerless, whatever faults were done here, may you forgive all of that. Thus, and reciting OM VAJRA SATTVA SAMAYA (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) etc. and confessing faults. If there is a support, then the abiding ceremony should be done as usual, that is: Here, together with the support, after abiding in the cycle of existence, please grant us freedom from illness, long life, power, and the supreme qualities. OM SUPRATISHTHA VAJRAYE SVAHA (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) thus making the firm abiding. If there is no support, then request the Vajrakila to depart. Then, dedicating the merit: By this merit, may I and all sentient beings, all internal and external harms and obstacles be pacified, may life and merit increase, may experience, realization, and wisdom blaze, and may we ultimately attain the supreme, unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. 愿吉祥！从调伏违誓之敌魔的宫殿中，愿护法神众吉祥！如是散花并奏响乐音。此乃佐钦第四世邬金·切乔·贝吉多杰所著之《欲求供养一切护法之满愿》，因我等愚昧初学者似觉文句略有简略，难以明了其义，故以金刚语为基础，略微扩充如敏珠林护法总供仪轨之仪轨，名为“速疾成办二利”，此乃本人十八岁时，由白玛·特秋·丹增于宗萨扎西拉孜所书。愿此亦使瑜伽持明者们暂时彻底战胜一切障碍违缘，并依二次第道，最终毫不费力、迅速获得圆满正等觉之珍贵果位！ 《供养护教誓盟海众之朵玛仪轨——速疾成办二利》终。

May there be auspiciousness! From the palace that subdues the oath-breaking enemies and obstructors, may there be auspiciousness for all the Dharma protectors! Thus, flowers are scattered and musical sounds are proclaimed. This is the "Fulfilling Wishes for Offering Torma to All Oath-Bound Ones," composed by Orgyen Chechok Palgyi Dorje, the Fourth Dzogchen Rinpoche. Because beginners like myself find the words somewhat concise and difficult to understand clearly, I have based it on the Vajra words themselves, slightly expanding and elaborating it according to the style of the Minling general torma offering, entitled "Quickly Accomplishing the Two Benefits." This was written by Pema Tekchok Tendzin at Dzongsar Trashilhlatse when I was eighteen years old. May this also cause all obstacles and unfavorable circumstances to be completely overcome by yogis and vidyadharas in the meantime, and by relying on the path of the two stages, may they quickly attain the precious state of complete and perfect enlightenment without delay! The Ritual of Offering Torma to the Ocean of Dharma-Protecting Oath-Bound Ones, called "Quickly Accomplishing the Two Benefits," is complete.
