The Chapter on Distributing Wealth after Subduing Tagzig in the Epic of King Gesar. The Chapter on Distributing Wealth after Subduing Tagzig in the Epic of King Gesar. Om Swasti. Om, may there be well-being!). Beat the drum of accomplishing benefit and happiness in the world. With the radiant garland of the jewel of wisdom, subdue the demons of the black side. May the supreme being, the great lion king, bestow auspiciousness! Thus, Ling's lord, the sun of men, King Gesar of Dzamling, having taken the wealth, fortune, things, and accomplishments of the land of the undying Tagzig, arrived with the brave warriors and armies of the five kingdoms of the four directions at the middle of the grassland of Ling in Ma Kham. The treasures of Tagzig, complete, majestic, and beautiful, were arranged in the center of Trabung Segar. Behind it, the five kingdoms of the four directions surrounded it. To the right was the Hor camp, to the left was the Jang camp, behind was the Mon camp, in the center was the Ling camp, and in front was the demon camp. In the center of the encampment of the great army, the work tent of King Gesar of Dzamling, which everyone admired, was erected with a golden peak and a ga'u. The work flags were arranged. The boundless wealth of forms, the treasures of Orgyen Padmasambhava, the heart essence treasures of the Naga-human Gonkarpo. Like the naturally formed beautiful lotus flower petals of the gods, nagas, and nyen, the tent of emptiness, self-established, which did not need pillars or ropes, was erected. Inside it, the king of the army, Lingje Gesar, and his son, Drala, sat on golden and silver thrones. Behind them, surrounded by relatives such as uncles, aunts, and sisters, they enjoyed the tribal meat broth, tea, alcohol, sweets, and other foods. The fierce animal skins of Tagzig Gungyi and other nine kinds of items were presented as greetings, and they happily stayed there. The other five kingdoms of Ling, Hor, Demon, Mon, and Jang, the high lamas and officials, the middle-aged uncles and elders, and the inner men, women, and children, etc., lined up and sat down. There, the property and livestock of the land of the undying Tagzig, the wish-fulfilling jewels piled up like mountains, were glittering, and they watched with amazement and sat in astonishment. They all said that the mighty King Drala had great merit and enjoyed it.

Now gathered. The magnificent son of the Bumtang god, Drakhla Tsegay, who commands many powerful clan kingdoms. Whoever is a hero, their courage is awe-inspiring. Thinking what it would be like if there were no such person, faith and joy arose in my heart, and I immediately stayed in Lingar for three days. On that day, King Gesar ordered his attendants to allow the heroes to enter the front row. Then, the attendants raised flags from the door of the god tent, blew conch shells, and the officials, ministers, and heroes of the five kingdoms, wearing appropriate clothing and ornaments, lined up and entered the god tent as colorful as a five-colored rainbow, and the king and ministers took their seats. In front of them, Masu Momo Men adorned herself with extraordinary jewels and sat in her seat with great reverence. Then, from atop the golden throne, the supreme Sengchen Norbu Dradul, wearing a lotus ruby-topped hat on his head, a purple silk robe on his body, adorned with various precious jewels, his face with a brownish-white glow, radiating light, with inconceivable wisdom, compassion, and power, like the Protector of the Three Families, looked at the leaders of the five kingdoms and spoke thus: The way the achievements of the western Tajik region expanded, the way Paltrul Lingpa gave and received, and the way Gangpa was left in Tibet. Singing in six divine tones, he sang this song: oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ hrīḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning) Song ala ala ala re. Tala la mo tala re. Refuge Lama Yidam Three Jewels. I pray, please look with compassion. May you remain inseparable on my crown. May you remain and bestow blessings. From the palace of the Copper-Colored Mountain of Glory, From the lotus-light mandala, Noble Padmasambhava, please remember. Wearing a lotus soft hat on your head, Erecting the feather of the Garuda bird king, Adorned with a sky-iron vajra amulet, Both feet covered with the light of the sun and moon. The right hand holds a nine-pronged vajra, Subduing the gods and demons of the three realms with power, The left hand holds a skull bowl in meditative equipoise, Filled with nectar vase, beautiful and perfect, The khatvanga trident leans on the elbow, Surrounded by the retinue of the Mother Tantra dakinis.
