རྗེ་མ་གཡེལ་བྱིན་རླབས་མཐུ་དཔུང་བསྐྱེད། །བྱིན་རླབས་དབང་དང་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་པ། །དུས་འདིར་དད་ལྡན་བུ་ལ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ཚེ་འདིར་འཁྲུལ་སྣང་སྒྱུ་མའི་རྫུན་ཁུང་རྡིབ། །ངེས་འབྱུང་སྐྱོ་ཤས་རང་སེམས་རིག་པ་སད། །ཉམས་རྟོགས་ཡེ་ཤེས་རང་རིག་ངོ་བོར་རྫོགས། །ཐུགས་ཡིད་གཅིག་ཏུ་འདྲེས་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། དབང་བཞི་ལེན་པ་ནི། སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ། སྐྱབས་ཡུལ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མར་ཐིམ། །བྱིན་རླབས་ཕུང་པོ་བླ་མའི་གནས་བཞི་ལས། །འོད་ཟེར་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཨོཾ་དཀར་ཨཱཿདམར་དང་། །ཧཱུྃ་མཐིང་ཧྲཱི་ལྗང་ལ་སོགས་རྣམ་པར་བྱོན། །བདག་གི་གནས་བཞིར་ཐིམ་ནས་སྒྲིབ་བཞི་དག །དབང་བཞི་རྫོགས་ནས་དགའ་བཞིའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐྱེས། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྐུ་བཞིའི་འབྲས་བུ་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཏེ། །བླ་མ་སྤྱི་བོར་བྱོན་ནས་རང་ལ་ཐིམ། །ཐུགས་ཡིད་དབྱེར་མེད་གྱུར་ཏེ་རང་གི་སེམས། །མ་བཅོས་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་ཆོས་སྐུ་སྐྱེ་མེད་ཨཿ རྣམ་དཀར་དགེ་ཚོགས་བསོད་ནམས་སྙིང་པོ་འདི། དམིགས་མཐའ་བྲལ་བའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན་ལ་བསྔོ། །ཡང་གསང་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐེག་པའི་དོན་རྟོགས་ནས། །རིགས་བདག་བླ་མའི་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་འདོན་བསྒོམ་བསྒྲག་མར་བྱའོ། ། ཆོས་འདོན་བློ་དམན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་པུཎྡྷ་བིཏྱཱ་དྷ་རས་སྦྱར་བའོ། ། སྔོན་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྤྱོད་ཐར་ལམ་དཀར་པོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས་སོ།།

上师您勿忘，加持力威猛增长。 加持灌顶与成就，祈请全部赐予此时具信弟子。 今生错觉幻相的虚假洞穴崩塌。 厌离心和悲伤，觉醒自心之觉性。 体验证悟之智慧，圆满于自明之体性。 请加持心与意融为一体。 领受四灌顶是：萨瓦悉地 帕拉 吽 (藏文：སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：सर्व सिद्धि फल हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：一切成就 果 吽)。 所有皈依境融入根本上师。 加持之聚从上师四处。 光芒智慧 嗡白色 阿红色， 吽蓝色 舍绿色等显现。 融入我的四处，清净四障。 圆满四灌顶，生起四喜之智慧。 获得佛陀四身之果位。 上师从顶门降临融入自身。 心意无二，成为自心。 无作无整，离戏法身，无生阿(藏文：ཨཿ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿)。 此纯洁善妙之功德精华， 回向于无有目标界限的众生。 愿能证悟甚深金刚乘之义， 获得种姓主上师之果位。如此念诵、观修、宣说。 此法是为利于智慧低下者，由普贤持明者所著。

Guru, do not forget, increase the power and strength of blessings. Blessings, empowerments, and all accomplishments, please bestow them upon the faithful disciple at this time. In this life, may the false cave of illusory perceptions collapse. May renunciation and sorrow awaken the awareness of one's own mind. May the wisdom of experience and realization be perfected in the nature of self-awareness. Please bless that heart and mind become one. Receiving the four empowerments: Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum (藏文：སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：सर्व सिद्धि फल हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：All accomplishment, fruit, Hum). All objects of refuge dissolve into the root guru. The mass of blessings comes from the four places of the guru. Rays of wisdom, white Om, red Ah, Blue Hum, green Hrih, and so forth, appear in various forms. Having dissolved into my four places, may the four obscurations be purified. Having perfected the four empowerments, may the wisdom of the four joys arise. Having obtained the fruit of the four bodies of the Buddha. The guru comes from the crown of the head and dissolves into oneself. Heart and mind become inseparable, becoming one's own mind. Unfabricated, free from elaboration, Dharmakaya, unborn Ah (藏文：ཨཿ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：Ah). May this pure and virtuous collection, the essence of merit, Be dedicated to all sentient beings, free from the limits of aims. Having realized the meaning of the profound Vajrayana, May I attain the state of the lineage lord guru. Thus, recite, contemplate, and proclaim. This Dharma was composed by Pundha Vidyadhara for the benefit of those with lesser intelligence.
