瑜伽三。内道方便续有瑜伽三。九乘次第诸尊众，于见行相联之瑜伽，空行母教敕之罪如何断？自在心之化身如何散？不舍因果纳受诸善，不作罪恶畏惧异熟。不舍教敕经续口诀相联，不弃不舍如经受持。身语意三恭敬密咒法，修持行之瑜伽自在者，若有誓言违犯则忏悔。根本支分他胜堕罪与，粗细等诸罪过与瑕疵，所有成为过失皆清净。祈请赐予胜共诸悉地。智慧本尊虽无诸分别，然彼眷属教敕护法誓言者，若有违越心意祈请宽恕。若有久远之业障则净除业障，若有现时之违缘则遣除违缘，祈请赐予清净殊胜之悉地。若摄略以此足矣。嗡。至尊上师诸尊前，供品资具微少我忏悔。本尊坛城诸尊前，证悟舍取所作我忏悔。空行母四部诸尊前，承诺誓言衰损我忏悔。护法守誓诸尊前，食子年月拖延我忏悔。三世父母诸尊前，恩德未报以恩我忏悔。兄弟姐妹诸尊前，誓言亲爱微薄我忏悔。六道有情诸尊前，慈悲利他微少我忏悔。别解脱之诸律仪与，菩提萨埵之诸学处与，持明咒之誓言等诸戒，守护修持证悟所作一切中，所有衰损之处皆忏悔。不隐瞒不隐藏此后亦当守，三世所积罪障皆忏悔。祈请清净身语意等，赐予胜共诸悉地。如是依于无垢忏悔续部所出而作，金刚萨埵化光融入自。

Yoga Three. In the inner path of skillful means, there are three yogas. Do not abandon the teachings, scriptures, and oral instructions in connection. Do not neglect or abandon, but accept them as they are in the scriptures. Body, speech, and mind are devoted to the secret mantra Dharma. To the powerful yogi who practices meditation and conduct, If the vows are broken, I confess. Root and branch, defeat and fall, misdeeds, And all kinds of faults and defects, great and small, May all the faults be purified. Please grant supreme and common attainments. Although the wisdom deity has no conceptual thoughts, The Dharma protectors of his entourage, who are bound by vows, If they have acted against your will, please forgive them. If there are long-term obscurations, purify them. If there are immediate obstacles, avert them. Please grant the supreme attainment of purity. In short, this is enough. Om. Before the eyes of the venerable lamas, I confess that the offerings and resources are small. Before the eyes of the Yidam deities, I confess that I have taken and abandoned realizations. Before the eyes of the four classes of Dakinis, I confess that I have broken my vows and promises. Before the eyes of the Dharma protectors and guardians, I confess that I have delayed the torma offerings for years and months. Before the eyes of the parents of the three times, I confess that I have not repaid their kindness. Before the eyes of the brothers and sisters, I confess that my vows and affection are small. Before the eyes of the six kinds of sentient beings, I confess that my compassion and altruism are small. The vows of individual liberation, The precepts of the Bodhisattvas, And the vows of the Vidyadharas, etc., In all that is to be protected, practiced, and realized, I confess all that has been broken. I will not hide or conceal, and I will keep the vows in the future. I confess all the sins and obscurations accumulated in the three times. Please purify body, speech, and mind, etc., And grant supreme and common attainments. Thus, according to the Stainless Confession Tantra, Dorje Sempa (Vajrasattva) dissolves into light and into oneself.
