Hara Svāhā. To redeem the life of the sick, Māri cye tse bhrūṃ nṛ ja svāhā. The special points of these should be understood from the "Treasure Vase of Blissful Heart." The practice of each activity, prostrations, selections, and reciting the hundred-syllable mantra are oral instructions. Twelfth, supplication: Tāre. Thus, after calling with hundreds of thousands of names and mantras. O Venerable Bhagavati Mother, possessor of great compassion, please grant that I and all limitless sentient beings may purify the two obscurations, quickly complete the two accumulations, and attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment. Until that is attained, in all lifetimes, having obtained the supreme happiness of gods and humans, when accomplishing omniscience, please quickly pacify and eliminate interruptions, demons, plagues, and diseases, as well as untimely deaths, bad dreams and bad omens, the eight fears, and all harms. Please effortlessly accomplish all the auspicious, happy, and perfect things of the world and beyond. Diligently practice, increase the Dharma, constantly practice you, see the supreme face, realize the meaning of emptiness, and let the precious Bodhicitta increase and grow like the waxing moon. In the good and joyful mandala of the Buddhas, born from an extremely beautiful lotus, may I also obtain the prophecy of Amitabha Buddha there. The deity I have practiced in all lifetimes, the mother of the activities of all Buddhas of the three times, green-blue, one face, two arms, swift, peaceful, and radiant, the mother holding an Utpala flower, may there be auspiciousness! And the sole place where benefit and happiness arise, etc. May the gods send rain in due season, and may the crops be abundant. May the king act according to Dharma, and may the world also prosper. Etc., thus pray. The second mandala is: Gods and non-gods with crest jewels. Etc. Venerable Arya Tara, etc., from the seven-branch offering onwards, bathing, offerings, mandala, praise, reciting the twenty-one praises three times, repeating as before between supplication and aspiration.
