成就悉地愿吉祥！从无解脱的轮回大海中，如重罪囚犯获得解脱一般，愿我毫无顾虑地前往极乐世界。斩断一切贪恋执着的束缚，如雄鹰从巢穴中挣脱一般，在西方的天空中，无数的世间界，愿我瞬间跨越，到达极乐世界。在那里，亲眼目睹阿弥陀佛的真容，愿我所有的业障都得以清净。在四种出生方式中最殊胜的，莲花的花蕊之中，愿我化生于其中。愿我瞬间获得圆满的身体，得到具足相好的身躯。因害怕无法出生的疑虑，在五百年间，虽然身处其中享受安乐，即使听不到佛的教诲，莲花也不会绽放，不会有见不到佛颜的过失，愿我不会遭遇这样的情况。愿我一出生莲花便绽放，得见阿弥陀佛的尊容。凭借福德的力量和神通，从手掌中变幻出无量无边的供养云，供养佛陀及其眷属。那时，愿彼如来伸出右手，放在我的头上，获得菩提的授记。听闻甚深广大的佛法后，愿我自相续成熟解脱。愿观世音菩萨和大势至菩萨，这两位佛子中的殊胜者，加持并摄受我。每天，在十方世界中，无数的佛菩萨，当他们为了供养阿弥陀佛和瞻仰极乐世界而到来时，愿我恭敬侍奉他们，获得佛法的甘露。以无碍的神通，清晨前往现喜净土和具德净土，以及密严刹土和极乐世界。向不动佛、宝生佛、不空成就佛、毗卢遮那佛等诸佛，祈请灌顶、加持和戒律。以众多的供养来供养他们后，愿我傍晚毫不费力地回到极乐世界。愿我拜见并以无量供品供养普陀山、杨柳宫、罗刹洲和邬金净土，以及观世音菩萨、度母和金刚手莲花生大士的无数化身刹土。

May accomplishment and auspiciousness be attained! From the ocean of samsara without liberation, like a heavily burdened prisoner being freed, may I go to the Sukhavati realm without looking back. Cutting off all attachments and clinging, like a Garuda bird escaping from its nest, in the western sky, countless world realms, may I traverse them in an instant and reach Sukhavati. There, upon seeing the face of Buddha Amitabha directly, may all my obscurations be purified. In the most excellent of the four modes of birth, in the heart of a lotus flower, may I take birth miraculously. May I perfect my body in an instant, and attain a body endowed with the marks and signs. Due to the doubt of not being born, for five hundred years, although enjoying happiness and prosperity within, even without hearing the Buddha's voice, may the lotus not bloom, and may the fault of not seeing the Buddha's face not occur to me. May the lotus open as soon as I am born, and may I see the face of Amitabha. Through the power of merit and miraculous power, from the palms of my hands, may I emanate clouds of offerings beyond comprehension, and make offerings to the Buddha and his retinue. At that time, may that Thus-Gone-One extend his right hand and place it on my head, and may I receive the prophecy of enlightenment. Having heard the profound and vast Dharma, may my own mind be ripened and liberated. May Avalokiteshvara and Mahasthamaprapta, the two foremost sons of the Buddha, bless and guide me. Every day, in the ten directions, countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, when they come to worship Amitabha and to see that realm, may I attend to them with reverence, and may I obtain the nectar of Dharma. With unobstructed miraculous powers, in the morning, may I go to the Abhirati Pure Land and the Glorious Pure Land, and the Ghanavyuha and Sukhavati Pure Lands. To Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amoghasiddhi, Vairochana, and other Buddhas, may I request empowerment, blessings, and vows. Having made offerings with numerous offerings, may I return to Sukhavati in the evening without difficulty. May I meet and offer vast offerings to Potala, Malaya, Rakshasa Island, and the land of Oddiyana, and hundreds of thousands of emanation realms of Avalokiteshvara, Tara, Vajrapani, and Padmasambhava.

祈请加持和甚深口诀！愿我迅速往生自性安乐大乐刹土！毫无阻碍地前往！愿我身后的亲属、僧众弟子等，以天眼清晰照见！请守护加持，愿他们临终时被引导至该刹土！此贤劫的劫寿，是极乐世界的一日！无量劫中没有死亡！愿我恒常住于该刹土！从弥勒佛开始直至具信者，此贤劫的诸佛，何时降临此世间？愿我以神变力降临于此，供养诸佛，听闻正法，再次毫无阻碍地前往大乐刹土！愿我往生于，亿万百千无数佛，一百一十佛刹土的一切功德庄严，全部汇聚，胜过一切刹土，无与伦比的极乐世界！愿我往生于，珍宝大地平坦如手掌，宽广浩大，明亮光芒闪耀，按下柔软抬起坚实的，安乐柔和广阔的刹土！愿我往生于，由多种珍宝所成之如意树，树叶是绸缎，果实以珍宝严饰，其上化现的鸟群发出悦耳的声音，宣说深广的佛法之音，奇妙无比的刹土！愿我往生于，充满八功德水的香水河流，以及甘露沐浴的浴池，以七宝阶梯和围墙环绕，莲花盛开，香气扑鼻，果实累累，莲花的光芒不可估量，光芒顶端以化身佛严饰，神奇美妙的刹土！愿我往生于，没有八无暇和恶趣之声，没有烦恼五毒、三毒、疾病和邪魔，没有仇敌、贫穷、争斗等等，一切痛苦在该刹土都未曾听闻，安乐无上的刹土！愿我往生于，没有女人，没有胎生，一切都从莲花中化生，一切身相无别，金色之身，头有顶髻等相好庄严，具有五神通和五眼，功德无量的刹土！愿我往生于，自然形成的各种珍宝宫殿，一切所需受用皆由心中忆念而生

Please grant blessings and profound oral instructions! May I swiftly be reborn in the self-nature blissful Great Bliss realm! May I go there without any obstruction! May my surviving relatives, monastic disciples, and others, be clearly seen with divine eyes! Please protect and bless them, and may they be led to that realm at the time of death! The duration of this Fortunate Aeon is one day in Sukhavati! In countless aeons, there is no death! May I always abide in that realm! From Maitreya onwards until the faithful ones, when will the Buddhas of this Fortunate Aeon come to this world? May I come here with miraculous powers, make offerings to the Buddhas, listen to the sacred Dharma, and again go to the Great Bliss realm without any obstruction! May I be born in the realm of Sukhavati, which gathers all the qualities and glories of hundreds of thousands of millions of Buddhas, one hundred and eleven Buddha-fields, surpassing all realms, and is unsurpassed! May I be born in the realm where the precious earth is flat like the palm of a hand, vast and expansive, bright and radiant, soft when pressed and firm when raised, a pleasant, gentle, and spacious realm! May I be born in the realm of wish-fulfilling trees made of various jewels, with leaves of silk brocade and fruits adorned with jewels, upon which flocks of emanated birds sing with melodious voices, proclaiming the sounds of the profound and vast Dharma, a wonderfully marvelous realm! May I be born in the realm filled with rivers of fragrant water possessing eight qualities, and pools for bathing with nectar, surrounded by staircases and walls of seven precious substances, where lotus flowers bloom, fragrant and laden with fruit, the light of the lotuses radiating immeasurably, the tips of the rays adorned with emanated Buddhas, a wonderfully amazing realm! May I be born in the realm where there are no eight unfavorable conditions and no sounds of the lower realms, no afflictive five poisons, three poisons, diseases, and evil spirits, no enemies, poverty, strife, and so on, where all suffering is never heard, a realm of great bliss! May I be born in the realm where there are no women and no birth from the womb, where all are born from the calyx of a lotus flower, all with bodies of undifferentiated golden color, heads adorned with the ushnisha and other marks and signs, possessing the five clairvoyances and five eyes, a realm of immeasurable qualities! May I be born in the realm of spontaneously arising palaces of various jewels, where all desired enjoyments arise from mere recollection
