When the obstacles of earth, water, fire, and wind arise, And the illusory borrowed body is about to perish, Doubts and hesitations arise... With the goddesses of the four elements of Orgyen, There is no doubt that the elements will be pacified in their own place, Orgyen Pema Jung... Wishes fulfilled spontaneously... When walking on dangerous paths, When threatened by murderers, robbers, and thieves, Doubts and hesitations arise... Orgyen is endowed with the wisdom of the four mudras, Destroying the fierce minds of wild and barbaric people, Orgyen Pema Jung... Wishes fulfilled spontaneously... When surrounded by the army of Yama, And threatened by sharp weapons, Doubts and hesitations arise... The Seven-Branch Prayer and obstacle-clearing prayers, etc., which come from both old and new treasures, and whatever blessed prayers from the Vajra speech collections of the previous holy ones, pray with strong devotion and fervent longing. If you cannot do that much, it is also fine to just recite the Lama Kusum and Sampalhundrup prayers. In any case, in order to stimulate the mind-stream at the end, recite the Vajra Guru mantra (བཛྲ་གུ་རུ，vajra guru，Vajra Guru) as much as possible. Then, from the three syllables in the three places of the Lama, rays of light shine forth in sequence and all at once. By the three places of myself being absorbed, may I obtain the four empowerments and purify the four obscurations. May I become a vessel for practicing the four paths. Finally, may I merge into non-duality and behold the face of the Dharmakaya that transcends the mind. Through this merit, may I quickly attain the Ugyen Lama, and may I place each and every being without exception on that ground. Thus, seal it with dedication and aspiration prayers. This was written as the heart practice of the great incarnate treasure revealer, Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, as he commanded, it was written by Khyentse Wangpo Pema Osel Dongak Lingpa, a servant who pleases the Lotus-Born Lama.
