If you want the penis to be thick, long, and hard, mix tin and datura in equal parts with the juice of Ama Pala and pound it into a paste, mix it thoroughly, roll it into pills, and dry them in the shade. Then, grind a little with the urine of other young men and apply it to the back of the penis to make it longer. If you want the penis to be thick, long, and hard, like Somara grass and Tang Phrom grass, apply it all under the scrotum, and you will get what you want. Alternatively, grind the penis Asa Gandhi (Tibetan), Para, Gaja, Pippali, Haradhi, and Haritaki in equal parts into a powder, mix a little with the urine of other men, and apply it to the area below the scrotum of the penis, so that it can function. If you have bad breath, grind equal parts of Bela, Nari Araki Gari, cardamom, mace, Manu Glagang Taja, Bilva seeds, Arura, Amla fruit, Gaja Kesara, and nutmeg into powder, mix with honey, and roll into jujube-sized pills. Put it in your mouth before going to sleep, or put Kakola and nutmeg flowers in Bilva or Bere fruit to sleep, and the bad breath will be eliminated. For eighty-four kinds of wind diseases, one dose is enough. The formula of the Nutmeg General Extermination Immortal Pill is: Citraka and Haritaki, thirty scoops each; Gandaka, twenty scoops; dried ginger, long pepper, and Piper longum root, ten scoops each; Kuṣṭha (Sanskrit, kuṣṭha, IAST: kuṣṭha, meaning: costus root), Cyperus rotundus, cardamom, Viṣa (Sanskrit, viṣa, IAST: viṣa, meaning: poison), Akarakara, and Taja, five scoops each. Grind into powder, mix with thirty-eight scoops of old brown sugar and Arura, add a little goat's milk, add yellow Muz, Gado, hot medicine, and the root of Piper longum, roll into jujube-sized pills, and use it to treat Tusta, Manu Glagang, cardamom, and other major medicines. It is suitable for all kinds of new and old cold and heat diseases caused by wind. Avoid eating sour foods and radishes while taking the medicine. This knowledge is like the ocean, from which all the treasures that eliminate poverty emerge. Similarly, from here emerges the nectar that pacifies the cold and heat diseases of all beings, with everything complete. If you understand and master this principle, you can bring all the benefits and happiness to yourself and others. Like the treasures of Sterawa, there are none elsewhere. Therefore, you should strive diligently. The ancestors extracted the essence from the boundless ocean of life, and gathered the treasures of good speech. May it prosper and eliminate the suffering of all beings until the sky is formed. This work, entitled "The Waverer Who Holds the Branches of the Ocean of Brahma's Knowledge," comes from the Brahmin caste and is the other shore of the ocean of life knowledge.
