Two parts of Ajwain, one part of Datura, and half a part of long pepper, all ground into a fine powder, mixed with water, add a little wheat flour, roll into pills the size of peas, and swallow on an empty stomach with toothbrush saliva. After opening the eyes, for people who have eaten food containing a little oil, all kinds of food should be restricted daily. Only a little water should be given to drink. For the elderly and vegetarians, fasting should be done as above every night. The diet after opening the eyes is the same as usual. If the lens of the eye turns black or white, grind three parts of alum and one part of salt into a fine powder, mix with a little oil poured on a stone, then mix and stir with ghee, and pour it on the white lens like eye medicine to eliminate it. If the inside of the lens of the eye turns red due to blood, put a drop of water on a stone, grind a little rock salt on it, then grind ghee on it as above, and then put a drop of oil on it. After applying the juice of these mixed and ground with ghee on the lens of the eye like eye medicine, close the eyes, sprinkle fine salt on silk cotton smeared with oil, apply the salt to the outside of the silk cotton, so that the medicine comes out to the outside of the eye, and then cover it, which will be effective. These practical methods were taught by the doctor Dana Danasa from the Pataha region of central India, which Darmo Tsoje obtained from a person called "Slave of Almsgiving."
