Grind into a fine powder, mix with the patient's saliva to make a paste, and apply to the sore wherever it is. It will heal quickly. Take one zho each of polished rice, Aucklandia, and pomegranate rind. Take half a zho of dan rog and two zho of white cumin. Grind these into a fine powder, use the same dosage as Tibetan medicine, and administer with boiling water. This will cure stomach bloating, abdominal distension, and difficulty breathing. Grind equal parts of wheat flour, Karo Puche, Somaraja, white sandalwood, safflower, and Bakuchi into a fine powder. Place the powder on a fire and fumigate the anus inside and out with the smoke. Then, mix the above Seduk ointment with the patient's saliva and apply it to the wound until it dries like crow droppings, which will cure it. Grind equal parts of high-quality tea, charcoal, and ash from burnt insect shells into a fine powder. After cutting the hemorrhoids inside the anus, there is no need to fear fainting due to blood and wind. Afterward, dip the tip of the Kro Sena stone into oil, heat it over a fire until extremely hot, and cauterize the area where the hemorrhoids were cut. Then, mix the above three medicines with oil on silk cotton and insert it into the anus. Then, seal it tightly with cloth and keep silent until healed. For anal parasite disease, add Nimbu to the Seduk ointment, grind it into a fine powder, mix it with the patient's saliva in an iron container, and apply it to the area where the anal parasites cause itching, keeping silent and letting it dry, which will cure it. For the throbbing of the head's blood vessels like lightning caused by Yama, cauterize above the blood vessels of the Ya-khung and above the blood vessels of the hair whorl on the back of the head.
