To those, who have not treated with respect, and have not treated the Dharma with respect, all of these I confess. Because I am always ignorant, I have abandoned the sacred Dharma, and have not respected my parents, all of these I confess. Being obscured by foolishness and childhood, as well as greed, hatred, delusion, and arrogance, pride, all of these I confess. May I in the ten directions of the world, make offerings to the ten powers. May I in the ten directions, liberate sentient beings from all suffering. May all inconceivable sentient beings, be established on the ten bhumis. Having dwelt on the ten bhumis, may all become Tathagatas. As long as it is possible to bring them all to the end from the ocean of suffering, for each and every sentient being, may I practice for countless eons. The one called the "Golden Light Sutra," which purifies all karmic obscurations, this profound Dharma, may it be shown to those sentient beings. Whoever in thousands of eons, has committed extremely unbearable sins, with just one thorough confession, all of these will be purified. Whoever can quickly and thoroughly eliminate karmic obscurations, by the virtue of the "Golden Light Sutra," having confessed these, may the ten supreme sources of jewels, dwell on the ten bhumis. May the qualities of the Buddha appear, and be liberated from the ocean of samsara. The ocean of Buddhas, rivers, and the deep ocean of qualities, may all be perfected into omniscience, by the immeasurable qualities of the Buddha. May I become the supreme ten powers, through hundreds of thousands of samadhis, and inconceivable dharanis, and powers, strengths, and limbs of enlightenment. With the mind of wisdom, Buddhas, please look upon me. With a compassionate heart, please accept my faults. In hundreds of eons, whatever sins I have committed in the past, therefore I feel sorrow, and am tormented by poverty, sorrow, and fear. I fear sinful actions, and my mind is always humble. Wherever I go, I do not feel happy. All Buddhas are endowed with compassion, eliminating the fears of all beings, please accept my faults.

La! Please liberate me from fears! With the karmas of my afflictions, May the Tathagata cleanse the defilements. I beseech the Buddhas to wash me With the water of compassion. I confess all sins. Whatever I have done in the past, And whatever sins I commit now, I confess all of them. All the deeds I have wrongly done, I vow not to do again in the future. Whatever wrong I have committed, I will not conceal those sins. The deeds of the body are threefold, And the forms of speech are fourfold, And the forms of mind are threefold, I confess all of them. Deeds done by the body and deeds of speech, And whatever is thought of by the mind, The ten deeds that have been done, I confess all of them. Having abandoned the ten non-virtuous deeds, And having practiced the ten virtuous deeds, May I abide in the ten bhumis, And may I become supreme in the ten powers. Whatever sinful deeds I have done, That cause me to obtain unwanted fruits, Having come before the Buddhas, I confess all of them. Whatever beings in this Jambudvipa, And in other world realms, Who perform virtuous deeds, I rejoice in all virtues. With body, speech, and mind, Whatever merit I have accumulated, May I, through that root of virtue, Attain supreme enlightenment. In the perils of samsara, with the mind of a child, Whatever extremely unbearable sins I have committed, Before the one with ten powers, the incomparable one, I confess each and every one of those sins. The danger of birth, the danger of existence, The danger of the world, the danger of a wavering mind, And the various dangers of bodily conduct, Whatever sins I have accumulated, I confess them all. The danger of childish ignorance and afflictions, The danger of meeting sinful friends, The danger of existence, the danger of desire, The danger of hatred, delusion, and darkness, The danger of fatigue, the danger of time, And whatever danger there is in accumulating merit, Having come before the incomparable ones of the Victorious Ones, I confess each and every one of those sins. Homage to the Buddha with golden body, like a mountain of gold! Homage to the Buddha whose qualities are like an ocean! I take refuge in those Victorious Ones! I bow with my head to all those Victorious Ones! Golden color, gold is without stain.
