入于寂止之方便 入于寂止之方便 以何寂止胜观至究竟,遣除有情无明之翳障,于彼一切智者敬顶礼,略书寂止入之方便法。总摄:积聚与所知,前行与修习,过失之断除,量之执取,休息生起之方式,安住之量,第十为指示之方便,把握其要点。其中寂止之积聚为何?圣者无尽慧所宣说中,就寂止之积聚而言,何为无尽之寂止?即心寂静,极寂静,近寂静,不散乱,诸根善摄,不粗暴,不掉举,不饶舌,非轻浮,不变异,寂灭,守护,具念,堪能,专注,喜独处,完全舍弃喧嚣,喜静处,身远离,心不杂染,意念专注于寂静处,少欲,无欲,无大欲,知仪轨,活命完全清净,仪轨圆满,守护行仪,具正念,知量,知非时,知冷暖,易满,易养,以个别觉悟之力不亢不卑,恶语中伤,对于恶语之回应欣然接受,发起意念专注于瑜伽,欢喜于内在之如实安住,意念禅定之支分,生起慈爱,显现修习悲悯,依附喜乐,修习舍。如是说。另于《宝云经》中,从暇满之时善于发现过失开始,那些过失是什么呢?即:不供养佛,不供养法,不供养僧,不供养戒律,不供养圣者们,不供养梵行之年长者、中等者和新进者,是为过失。自赞毁他,专注于世俗,

Summary: Accumulation and knowable objects, preliminaries and meditation, abandoning faults, grasping the measure, the manner of arising from rest, the extent of abiding, the tenth is the means of instruction, grasp the key points. Among these, what is the accumulation of tranquility? As taught by the noble Inexhaustible Intellect, regarding the accumulation of tranquility, what is inexhaustible tranquility? It is when the mind is peaceful, extremely peaceful, nearly peaceful, not distracted, the senses are well restrained, not wild, not haughty, not garrulous, not frivolous, not changing, pacified, guarded, mindful, workable, focused, delighting in solitude, completely abandoning bustle, delighting in quiet places, the body is secluded, the mind is not defiled, directing the mind towards solitary places, having few desires, being without desire, being without great desire, knowing rituals, livelihood is completely pure, rituals are perfect, guarding conduct, being mindful, knowing measure, knowing inappropriate times, knowing hot and cold, easy to satisfy, easy to nourish, not arrogant or humble by the power of individual realization, speaking ill, accepting responses to words of ill speech, generating the mind focused on yoga, rejoicing in inner authentic abiding, contemplating the limbs of meditation, generating love, manifestly practicing compassion, relying on joy, meditating on equanimity. Thus it is said. Furthermore, in the Jewel Cloud Sutra, starting from being skilled in faults during the time of leisure and endowment, what are those faults? They are: not making offerings to the Buddha, not making offerings to the Dharma, not making offerings to the Sangha, not making offerings to the precepts, not making offerings to the noble ones, not making offerings to the elders, middle, and new practitioners of celibacy, these are faults. 背离超越痛苦,执着于自我,执着于众生,执着于补特伽罗,执着于断灭见,执着于常恒见,执着于空性,执着于常恒,执着于无常,不令圣者欢喜,依赖孩童之辈,完全舍弃具戒者,亲近恭敬破戒的众生,依赖罪恶之友,完全舍弃善知识,舍弃甚深经典,畏惧甚深经典,懈怠懒惰,轻蔑自己,威严小,没有自信,于非处生悔,于不悔处生悔,于悔处不生悔,障碍一切生起的名声,被虚伪束缚,昏沉睡眠所压,贪求利养恭敬,贪着于种姓,贪着于家族,贪着于见解,贪着于地方,贪着于眷属,依赖世间欺骗的秘密语言,获得正法,舍弃本尊,努力于具不善者,与出家人交往,与男子交往,与女子交往,与孩童交往,与少女交往,与外道交往,不喜悦寂静处,不知饮食的量,不去上师处,不知诵经的时间,不知行境之处,不恭敬微细的学处,不畏惧微小的罪恶,具有为愚痴所蒙蔽的根,对于具有散乱者根很严厉,行为粗暴,难以调伏,不悦意,于悦意和不悦意的色取相和随好,对愤怒者不生慈心,对痛苦者不生悲心,不因生病而厌离,不因死亡而恐惧,不从普遍炽燃中生起,不分别身体,不分别戒律。

Turning away from transcendence of suffering, clinging to self, clinging to sentient beings, clinging to person, clinging to annihilationism, clinging to eternalism, clinging to emptiness, clinging to permanence, clinging to impermanence, not pleasing the noble ones, relying on childish people, completely abandoning those with morality, approaching and honoring immoral sentient beings, relying on sinful friends, completely abandoning virtuous friends, abandoning profound sutras, fearing profound sutras, being lazy and indolent, despising oneself, having little majesty, lacking confidence, regretting the inappropriate, regretting the non-regrettable, not regretting the regrettable, fame that obstructs all arising, being bound by deceit, being oppressed by drowsiness and sleep, desiring gain and respect, being attached to lineage, being attached to family, being attached to views, being attached to places, being attached to retinue, relying on the secret language of worldly deception, obtaining the sacred Dharma, abandoning the chosen deity, striving for those with non-virtue, associating with renunciants, associating with men, associating with women, associating with boys, associating with girls, associating with heretics, not delighting in monasteries, not knowing the measure of food, not going to the teacher, not knowing the time for recitation, not knowing the place of conduct, not respecting the subtle precepts, not fearing small sins, possessing roots obscured by ignorance, being strict with the senses towards those with distraction, behaving wildly, being difficult to tame, being unpleasant, perceiving signs and characteristics in pleasant and unpleasant forms, not generating loving-kindness towards the angry, not generating compassion towards the suffering, not being disgusted by illness, not being afraid of death, not arising from universal burning, not distinguishing the body, not distinguishing the precepts.
