Because, if it is said to be self-arisen, there is no need for (relying on) conditions, and what is made by conditions will also become meaningless. If there is no (result) in the conditions, then it must be established that it comes from somewhere else, so it is not established that it is born from conditions. Just as the holy Nagarjuna said, the essence of the Dharma is good. The Tathagata, in the scriptures with twelve branches, whether teaching the conventional truth, or teaching in the language of the world, or speaking for the sake of guidance, no matter how many ways the Dharma door is taught, it should be known that it is the door to enter the ultimate truth. Therefore, in the Sutra Requested by the King of Dhāraṇīśvararāja, it is also said: "For the sake of talks with different meanings, Buddhas do not appear, (because) the realm of Dharma is of one taste and without obstacles, all sentient beings have the opportunity, after realizing complete and perfect enlightenment, in order to make sentient beings understand it, the wheel of Dharma is turned, that is, like the wheel of non-retrogression." Therefore, one should understand in this way that the nature of all phenomena such as the ultimate truth and the conventional truth are like these characteristics. Therefore, it is called the reason of Dharma-nature. The fourteenth chapter of the Reason of Dharma-nature is completed. || The establishment of the merits of measurement, the merits of the authentic measure of the scriptures, which is complete with all aspects, has many benefits for both this world and the next. In short, there are three aspects: the perfection of completely pure merits, not being contaminated by completely impure faults, and possessing the goodness of benefits. Among them, what is the perfection of completely pure merits? It should be known that there are five aspects: being uniquely certain of accomplishment by a completely pure measure; the object to be measured is perfect, understanding the Dharma of the world and beyond the world; the limbs of proof are completely perfect; the view is completely pure; and being able to fully know the distinctions of measure. Among them, for the three measures of completely pure perception and so on, each is combined with five characteristics, and one is tempered by the other, so it is determined, therefore it becomes uniquely certain of accomplishment.

No. The perfection of what is to be measured, like inferring the existence of fire from smoke, is something that even a shepherd can understand. It is not measurement, but rather the all-knowing and the afterlife, etc., that is, the Dharma that transforms from a human to a guru, and the Dharma of humans has also been mentioned, thus showing the realm of what is to be measured. The complete branch of accomplishment is to vow that there is a result, and to show that it has the ability to arise from the adornment of speech by combining it with the vessel in the manner of the seven branches of determination. Therefore, it has the form of both words and meaning. Pure view is to measure all phenomena with completely pure measure, and to realize them as they truly are. Therefore, one abides in the correct view and also places others in the correct view. Because one knows the differences in measurement, all measurements of the world and beyond are included in the measurement of the correct teachings, and one can understand the differences between pure and impure measurement. So, what is it that is not tainted by the faults of complete impurity? It should be understood in three ways: there is no contradiction, there is no uncertainty, and there is no error of ordinary people. Among them, there is no contradiction, that is, for any Dharma, the six forms between the mark and the result are distinguished, so there are two kinds of no contradiction: when observing in the common place, there is no contradiction with the uncommon characteristics. When observing in the uncommon place, there is no contradiction with the common characteristics. Among them, there are also two kinds of uncertainty: there is no characteristic of not understanding the difference of the object and not showing it in the teachings. There is no proof that merely exists and causes doubt. Among them, there are also two kinds of no error of ordinary people: there is no depiction of one's own thoughts here. There is no dependence on others, and no dependence on leakage. So, what are the benefits of merit? There are two kinds: writing as the all-knowing one said, relying on the Dharma, therefore, it is blessed by the Tathagata, and it has great power for practice. What is said from the mouth of auspiciousness, one explains one, because it is the scripture itself without adulteration, so whoever reads, hears, and thinks, just

It can also eliminate sins and increase merit. Therefore, this correct statement of the Holy Word, possessing three qualities, becomes the cause for accumulating merit. What are they? Because it possesses the nature of complete purity and is free from the faults of incompleteness, it becomes the cause of the accumulation of wisdom. Because it possesses the excellence of benefit, it becomes the cause of the accumulation of merit. Actions for the benefit of this world and the next are also included in these two. Thus, by stating the qualities of completely filling the two accumulations, it is considered to have explained the qualities of valid cognition (pramāṇa). The fifteenth chapter, which explains the qualities of valid cognition, is complete. A summary extracted from the correct statement of the Holy Word.
