For those who are lax in conduct, you are a great punishment; for the wise who possess immeasurable meritorious fruits, you are an upright and un-flattering attendant. For those who are incorrigibly crooked, may your words conquer them! Supreme One, you are the nectar treasury that guides beings to the path of victory. Whoever praises you and proclaims your virtues, presuming to have fully understood, is like a vessel filled with water, presuming to have drunk up my reservoir. However, even those who are troubled by all the enemies of memory cannot fully express your virtues, for you are the incomparable protector. Those who praise you with meaningless arrogance, their words are inverted. These are the half-equal "Garland of Entrances" verses. On other occasions, merits are like the ocean, even if the eight undried oceans are squeezed with toes, The water that springs forth from them cannot fill the holes of the fingertips, which is intolerable. The unequal one, that is, the being with four feet, whose forefeet are able to obtain the intention of compassion. Therefore, its nature must be proclaimed. The endless arrangement of footprints, and the determination of priorities, if you must express lamentation, Then, who would not be pained by the promise of words, and who would not be afraid? You tame fierce beings and display a dignified body. This flower bud is like the jewel of the headdress that seizes the three realms, and like the sprout of a tree that has been thoughtfully considered for a long time. A slight movement of your gaze can display great power, Able to suppress the terrible dense flames, spreading unhindered in the vast sky, and even pacifying Yama. This is precisely what can pacify all the roots of virulent sins, and again lead beings to gentleness, Constantly bringing forth incomparable treasures of fresh joy, this is indeed the source of nectar. The teeth with angry frowns, Can grasp all kinds of changes as they are. Your body has already triumphed, yet, You subdue the beings of the world with such an unpleasant appearance. The bird's nest on the mountain, a terrible, wonderful, and excellent place, To destroy things that are not beneficial to beings, always together, Your slow walk and play, And the unparalleled swiftness, do not follow the wind's footsteps. Furthermore, the supreme group of the Blessed One, Its place is unparalleled, The excellent place of pure manifestation, You have obtained as a support, Therefore, for other unequal ones, You will surely place your feet on their heads. With the same thought, perfectly complete, After making you happy, What is immaculate virtue, Growing like that, From this, all beings in this world, with excellent conduct, What you manifest and contemplate, The great position, May you supremely enter! Furthermore, with the immaculate of definite desire, This virtue, Again, After accumulating well, Of those with bodies, All sentient beings, With existence, Born from the night, The mass of darkness, May it be completely separated! My Praise. Garland of Entering the Distinction of Difficult Conduct. Completed by the great scholar, the Elder Yeshe Pel She Nyen.
