Otherwise, it would become saying it is something else. If it were not so, then the Blessed One's knowledge would also become not in accordance with the way things are. Therefore, it is said, "For the sake of the Blessed Ones, the comprehension of all things is inconceivable." The realm of the Buddhas of the Lords of Yogis, the Tathagatas, is inconceivable. They not only know the minds of others in an inconceivable way, but also, without difference, the knowledge of all things in all ways is also inconceivable. Why? Because that time is beyond the scope of knowing and speaking in all ways. The knowledge of the Tathagatas cannot be definitively grasped by other knowledge, therefore it is beyond the scope of knowledge. For that very reason, since one does not realize one's own nature as it is, it is beyond the scope of speech. Furthermore, the knowledge of all things by the Tathagatas is of two kinds: knowing the self-nature of all dharmas, suchness, with mirror-like wisdom; and knowing all things with individual discriminating wisdom. Among these, mirror-like wisdom, being completely free from the conceptualization of grasper and grasped, knows all things by realizing the self-nature of all dharmas, suchness, which is the omniscient in the ultimate sense, because it is the nature of transcendent wisdom. Individual discriminating wisdom, obtained from the seed of transcendent wisdom, possessing the conceptualization of grasper and grasped, knows subtle, obscured things, and all kalpas in all ways, which is the omniscient in the conventional sense, because it is the nature of worldly wisdom obtained from the aftermath of transcendent wisdom. Therefore, the way of knowing all things is not contradictory to individual discriminating wisdom. For it, admitting that there is conceptualization of grasper and grasped is also not inverted, because it sees that it is precisely non-inverted. Equality wisdom is merely dependently originated phenomena.

Because it is the object of the realm. Mirror-like wisdom is the object. Accomplishing wisdom is the object of the nature of self and common characteristics. Thus, the Tathagata is the nature of the four wisdoms, of which, mirror-like wisdom is transcendental. Others obtained after that are mundane. Therefore, the Bhagavan's knowledge of all meanings should be appropriately combined with these four wisdoms. By whatever merit I have gained from composing and explaining the establishment of other tantras by classifying words, may all beings attain accomplishment. Other tantras are perfectly established. The commentary is merely an explanation of words. This was made by Dulva Lha, who desires to become a Buddha. The commentary on the establishment of other tantras, composed by the teacher Dulva Lha, is complete. The Indian abbot Shishuda Simha and the reviser-translator Pal Tsek Rakshita translated, revised, and finalized it. Commentary on the Establishment of Other Tantras. Dulva Lha.
