It shows that after refuting "the reason is not established," it is also unreasonable to be a valid means of cognition due to the difference between permanence and impermanence. To show this meaning, the first position is established with words such as "if." Permanence exists at all times, not just for a moment. The word "etc." includes the self-existent one, etc. Excluding the Tathagata from the self-existent one, etc. In "cognition is not permanent," the word "exists" refers to what can be established as the name of "exists." The permanent cognition that can be established as the name of "exists" is not existent, that is the meaning. Or, it is only non-existent, that is the meaning. In this regard, in the first case, what is considered as the reason is that it will be explained in the commentary as "because there is no cognition." The seemingly valid reasons such as the fruit itself will be established and refuted. In the second case, there are two reasons, namely, "because the mind and the knowledge of reality are valid means of cognition," that is, whatever is the knowledge of reality is a valid means of cognition. Just like mere knowledge, or the self-existent one and the Vedas are permanent valid means of cognition. Impermanence is also not a valid means of cognition, which is shown by "even if it is impermanent, is there no valid means of cognition?" If between arising and destruction, the wisdom of the self-existent one is one that pervades all objects of knowledge, and it becomes a valid means of cognition, this is because it belongs to the self-existent one, so it is established as the name of valid means of cognition, but it is not its own, if you doubt like this. The sutra says, "By the nature of the impermanence of the object of knowledge, that is because it itself is impermanent." Then, because of the impermanence of the knowledge of reality and the nature of the cause with aggregates, the self-existent one is a valid means of cognition because of the connection. If it is said that the Vedas are also said to be valid means of cognition because they are the cause of the cause. To show that this is also not related, so it is unreasonable, the sutra says, "Those who are born in order." The words "also" etc. are only to show the second case. "Neither one is," is related to "knowledge is not a valid means of cognition." The mere appearance that is empty of reality is not a valid means of cognition, that is the meaning. If it is said that having non-deception is a valid means of cognition, not the knowledge of reality, and inference is also a valid means of cognition.

If you ask why, it is because the non-deceptive suchness is related to the meaning of the action of special attachment. Therefore, if you analyze it in this way, realizing that it exists, it is said to be a special attachment related to it. Therefore, consciousness is established as dependent on the object. If something arises from that, it is "by what" etc. If you say "if" etc., this is said by others, and others think that because of impermanence, the impermanence itself of others is unreasonable. The so-called "nature of knowable" etc. is the established conclusion. If, from the three distinctions of the agent etc., it is admitted that it arises from the knowable, or that it is its nature, then because it is impermanent, it is clear that consciousness itself is impermanent. Because other aspects are also impossible, it enables the aspect of the agent to be recognized. The so-called "however" etc. is said by others. The so-called "meaning itself" is the established conclusion. What becomes like that becomes the nature of brightness. The so-called "the action of the knower is not" is because it is the occasion of consciousness. Because there is no difference in nature, even if there is a difference, it is thought that it itself is not a distinction. The so-called "however" etc. is said by others. The so-called "similarly this" is also the knower, meaning that it is not the nature of having different actions in the same way. The so-called "explanation for this" is the established conclusion. If the eye does not have different actions done by nature, even so, what is done by ability is inevitable. Because there, just as holding form is only the different action of the Lord, the eye is not like that either, but comes from following and contradicting. The so-called "therefore" is because of the agent. The so-called "change like that" is the nature of brightness. The meaning of "for this" is that there is also no action of holding. Therefore, how can consciousness become the measure of the Lord from the perspective of permanence? The so-called "however" etc. is said by others. Even if it is measurable, it depends on the meaning itself becoming the measure, because it itself is bright. This is also measuring how much is possible without relying on the admission of others, because it is the place of dispute. Related to this
