Appearances will also become without reason, because there is no difference. Therefore, the difference in appearances, the one with a difference that is not completely severed, is not preceded by movement. So what is it? For the severed, it is only the appearance as a difference in action. Arrows and thrown stones, as well as catapults and illusions, and others being vigorously driven, etc., those that appear as differences in action, although they appear as the object being severed, are preceded by movement. The movements made by others, etc., although not completely severed, are not preceded by it. Therefore, here it is reasonable to understand movement only through the difference in action. If some are not preceded by it, others will not become preceded by it, because there is no difference. Therefore, the generality of the difference in action is what makes the generality of movement understood. How is it that when actions are perceived, movement is not perceived? Just as movement is understood in others, it is the same when appearances are perceived as actions. The opponent also does not want the speech and actions of others to be without reason, because this is the same. Therefore, it must be said that these two have a reason for movement, and if it is not there, they will not arise. The opponent will also say the same thing about the appearances there, so these are no different from each other. If it is said that the appearances there themselves have a reason for movement, then why not say the same for dreams? Everything is the same, why doesn't the opponent say that perceiving the actions and words of others in dreams has a reason for movement? If it is said that it is because they do not exist, then similarly, if the perception is the same, why don't they exist? If it is said that because people are overwhelmed by sleep, empty consciousness arises, then according to the opponent's view, it is precisely because of this that empty consciousness arises under the control of others. If it is said that even in dreams, consciousness is meaningful, and at that time the objects of perception are also other continuums, then if it is dedicated to the opponent, it is because it is separated from scriptural and logical proof.

If one relies on such a non-virtuous debater, then the opponent also believes that it is controlled by others, and no one will refute it. From this point of view alone, all such knowledge is only controlled by others, the difference being that there are direct perception and inference. Sometimes the direct perception that exists even in dreams is only considered to be controlled by others, because dreams are seen through the blessings of gods and so on. Therefore, this is not based on a non-virtuous debater. For the time being, how can one know that mind simply by that action? Because it is the fruit of the mind. Since it is its fruit, it is the same for other minds, so why can't it be known? Furthermore, if one can know one's own continuum simply by the existence of that action, then one can know it even without apprehension. If it is said that because the sign depends on knowledge, it cannot, then, at that time, action arises from the mind of others, knowledge arises from action, and it is known from knowledge, what is the use of such a process? It becomes the knowledge of the nature that appears as action and arises completely from the minds of others that knows this, because knowing it ultimately depends on it. Simply by shaking, in general, because the knowledge of action and speech is the general cause, it is the cause of knowing the fruit. Among them, the cause of one's own shaking is to enter into inward observation, while others are outward, this difference is mostly the case. The nature of these causes and effects is the same as in the state of sleep and other states. In the state of confusion, because it is close to relying on the difference of the cause as it is, the habits of consciousness arising from other causes such as shaking, those can sometimes be obtained even if they are interrupted by others approaching, but it is impossible to have no approach at all. Therefore, in all states, it is only possible to infer the movement of the mind by means of behavior and other forms of expression. If one knows the movement by means of action, then.
