Cessation is the abandonment of suffering. What is suffering? In short, birth is suffering. For example, monks, suffering is the manifestation of existence, which is widely proclaimed. The entry into the manifestation of existence, that lack of entry is abandonment, called cessation, like a rock that obstructs the flow of wind, that is what is called cessation through individual examination. Through this, the Four Noble Truths are individually examined, that is, individual examination, is the virtuous distinction of wisdom. Whatever cessation is attained through it, that is cessation through individual examination. It is as limitless as the limitless things to be abandoned, it is not singular. If it were singular, then the previous moment of the noble path itself would have manifested it, and the subsequent path cultivation would become meaningless. If one realizes that it is slightly manifested, then it will become with limbs. Therefore, it is good to realize that however many defiled substances there are, there are just as many substances of abandonment. This is established in four ways through the distinction of fruits: the fruit of stream-enterer, the fruit of once-returner, the fruit of non-returner, and the fruit of Arhat. Abandonment, detachment, and the distinction of the realm of cessation have three aspects. The distinction of abandonment of the two truths of suffering and origin, or the distinction of the realm with aggregates and without remainder of aggregates, also has two aspects. Without connection, it is established as preventing birth, so it is one. Its names are extinction, detachment, cessation, Nirvana, and so on. Thus, in the Human Sutra it is also said: Monks, these four non-form aggregates, and the eye sense organ form aggregate, these are the person himself, therefore called sentient being, person, born of power, son of power, this is just a name. I see these forms, this is an attachment. The name of this living being is this, this is a convention, this is widely proclaimed. Monks, in that case, this is merely a name, this is merely a convention.

Just so. Monks, all these dharmas are impermanent, superior to the mind, conditioned, born from the mind, and dependently originated. Whatever exists from impermanence to dependent origination is suffering. The arising of that suffering is also suffering. Abiding, manifestation, and production are also suffering. This suffering is completely abandoned, definitely abandoned, purified, exhausted, free from attachment, ceased, pacified, extinguished, not connecting the boundary of other sufferings, without taking, not arising, whatever exists is peaceful, that is excellent. For example, completely abandoning all aggregates, craving is exhausted, free from attachment, cessation, and nirvana. The Blessed One spoke thus. Therefore, by completely abandoning all aggregates, one is separated from all aggregates. Do you see this? If one hears, craving will be exhausted, so it is the exhaustion of craving. Having obtained this, one becomes without desire, so it is freedom from attachment. If one realizes this directly, suffering will cease, so it is cessation. If one obtains this, one transcends all harm, all injury, all afflictions, so it is nirvana. This is the object of separate analysis. Other than cessation through separate analysis, for the arising of future dharmas, the dharma that becomes a permanent obstacle, cessation through separate analysis, whatever is obtained due to the lack of complete causes, that is non-separate analysis cessation. For example, when the eye is distracted by a pleasing image, some of the other non-pleasing images, as well as sounds, smells, tastes, tactile sensations, and dharmas cease. For those minds and mental events that arise with it as an object, if they hear, they will not arise, just as those cease through it. The Blessed One also said that when the feeling of pleasure manifests, these two feelings of suffering and neither-suffering-nor-pleasure will cease. He also said, "Monks, the hells of this sentient being are exhausted, the animals are exhausted, the pretas are exhausted." Non-separate analysis of

It is a decaying object. This is compiled without much consideration for the sake of pleasing beginners. Those who do not know the nature of Abhidharma, but establish many names with their own intelligence, place them in front, and want to pierce them with arrows of evil arguments, are slandering the Buddha Bhagavan. The Lord of Beings also said that there are two kinds of people who slander the Tathagata: the unbeliever, because of hatred; the believer, because of wrong grasping. Thus it is said. The treatise called "Entering the Abhidharma" is complete.
