The word 'sa' is also a synonym for action, and I think this aspect is reasonable. Now, it's not that there are no teachings of scripture, but because afflictions are easy to enter, there is no Dharma of realization. Capable people are those who have directly seen the Buddha's disciples, possess both scriptural teachings and realization, and follow the scriptures without contradicting reason. Without the guidance of scripture, when the accumulation of merit and wisdom is complete, one attains the state of omniscience by oneself, which is self-arisen wisdom. The teachings of self-arisen wisdom are the scriptures, and the sutras, vinaya, and abhidharma that explain them. Those who possess both scriptural teachings and realization, in order to protect sentient beings with right view, all who are ordained are protectors of the Dharma, and they also follow the path of peace. The protectors of beings are the Buddhas and their sons. Qualities are the nature of ethics, samadhi, and wisdom, while the nature of desire, hatred, and ignorance, and various defilements eliminate the comprehensive understanding of them, and obstruct future development, therefore defilements destroy qualities. The meaning of 'non-contradictory' is because there is no higher contradiction. Just like secretly taking a life, the teachings of the Sage are like a life being secretly taken away. Why? Because there are no sons of the Buddha who come forward to protect the teacher's teachings, and evil logicians distort words and meanings, creating confusion. The commentary on the Abhidharmakosha by Acharya Gampopa, called "Following the Characteristics," explains the "Samapatti Chapter," which is the commentary on the eighth chapter. Whatever is close and whatever is habitual. It elaborates that in one continuum, the four karmas, namely heavy karma, near karma, habitual karma, and prior karma, exist. Because of these karmas, the heavy karma matures first. Among near karma, habitual karma, and prior karma, near karma matures first. Among habitual karma and prior karma, habitual karma matures first. If none of these exist, then the karma created in the previous life will mature in other instances.

Ro! Who are those who are not blind? They are the eyes of wisdom of the noble Hearers. Or, the very nature of the scriptures is a synonym for what is called "obscuration." Because it profoundly reveals the profound Dharma, it is the sun. What is it? Because of the difference in antidotes, the difference in body, the difference in rays, and the difference in objects. How is it in terms of the difference in antidotes? The sun completely destroys the darkness of the outer sky, but the Bhagavan destroys the darkness that has long been in the mind. The sun is a form of glass nature, shining by its very nature, so it is bright. The Bhagavan also has a body with the ten powers, without defilement, so it is majestic, and the difference in body is like that. The sun's rays pervade a thousand worlds, and the Bhagavan also pervades a thousand worlds with the rays of the sacred Dharma, and the rays are like that. The sun's realm is the four continents, and the Tathagata's is the three realms. Therefore, with a small portion of similar Dharma, the Tathagata is like the sun. Thus, this is only one aspect, and the detailed explanation is, as stated before. A side is just a side. In the great treatise of Abhidharma, "I have briefly explained this" is the remainder of the sentence. Others say, "Thus, this is only one aspect." It refers to what is said only on the premise of negating selflessness. Because the statement "The Abhidharma I have spoken of is mostly the tenets of the Kashmira Vaibhashika school" has already been stated by itself. The determination of the individual that comes along with the eighth chapter of the Treasury is complete. Because my commentary on the Treasury is very difficult, I have distinguished it according to the tenets of the masters. Whatever is wrong in it is my fault. For the wisdom that achieves good meaning, that is reliable. Thus, I have consulted other commentaries and written the "Commentary on the Treasury, Following the Characteristics," beginning with praise. This was completed in the monastery. May the stainless merit arising from my explanation of the Treasury be able to destroy all negativity.

May it cause all sentient beings belonging to the three realms, who are tormented by the fire of suffering, to completely pacify their sorrow. Afterwards, may I myself thoroughly destroy all the enemies of afflictions and attain the state of Buddhahood. May I go to the great and supreme state of Nirvana, where there is no more birth, old age, sickness, and death. The commentary on the Abhidharma, called "Following the Characteristics," composed by the teacher Gangwa Pelwa, who has reached the other shore of the ocean of Abhidharma treatises, is now complete. This was translated at the foot of the great mountain exuding the fragrance of sandalwood, on the south side of the great snow mountain Kailash (Mount Kailash) and the Lake Manasarovar, in the Purang area, by the Indian Khenpo Kanakavarma and the great translator Patsab Nyima Drak, after more than a hundred monks, mainly monks, and all the monks offered curved jade pigs and other things, and they were in charge of it. The commentary on the Abhidharma-kosa, called "Following the Characteristics," by Gangwa Pel.
