Entering. Thus it is said, entering is because the ground increases more and more. Those who are pure, in order to follow the practice of the worldly union path, spontaneous accomplishment is spontaneous accomplishment. Because it is separated from the order of the place to be traveled, it is peaceful. Purified by aspirations. It is called abandoning the faults that have deteriorated due to Hinayana. The one called Supreme Wisdom is the Tathagata, the place to be visited. That is also selfless, because it does not arise in the name and form of self, what is taken and what can be taken, it is extinguished. The one called the ultimate entry is the meaning of going. It is shown that the goer is a Bodhisattva, not the meaning of Shravakas and others. The meaning of this verse is that one should receive and practice from a skillful Bodhisattva, not do it arbitrarily. If you have not obtained it, then you should practice by receiving the teachings from the Bodhisattvas who understand the true meaning, and to the Tathagatas who dwell in the ten directions. If so, then how should the principle of the three natures be called the principle of Madhyamaka? Answer: Existence is called one extreme. Non-existence is called the second extreme. The middle of them is the principle of Madhyamaka, which is to definitely understand all natures. What is that again? That is, if all dharmas are neither existent nor non-existent, then the nature of complete dependence is not existent, and the nature of other-powered and perfectly established is not non-existent. From distinguishing what is middle and what is extreme, it is said: The unreal, completely conceived is existent, in it, both existence and non-existence are not, emptiness is truly existent in it, and in it, it is also existent. Neither empty nor not empty, therefore everything is said, because of existence, because of non-existence, because of existence, this is the Middle Way. It is said like this. If there is nothing in the ultimate truth, but there is in the conventional truth, so it is said to be the Middle Way, then it has already been prevented. Others think like this: Just as the illusory elephant appears to be non-existent, so all dharmas are also non-existent, that is non-existent.

It is said to be an appearance. Therefore, they say that like an illusion, all dharmas are the Middle Way. But that is not true. If these things are proven to be without measure, then therefore it is impossible to prove the existence of anything. For things that are not measure, what is there to say about mere appearance? If existence is not characterized by ability, but is considered to be characterized by appearance, then it will only be a hypothetical existence. The horns of a rabbit also exist only to that extent, but it will not become non-existent. However, they think that rabbit horns and so on do not exist at all. Furthermore, if the existence characterized by ability is denied, then establishing things and non-things, and starting and stopping, etc., will inevitably become uncertain, so because one wants to exist, ability itself should exist, not just appearance. For example, wood and stone, etc., exist with their own nature, but because of the actions of a magician, the nature of elephants, etc., does not exist but appears, so saying that wood, etc., are also illusions is their view. For example, all dharmas are the nature of knowledge, and are deluded by beginningless habits, appearing as the nature of blue, etc. Therefore, they think that all these dharmas are like illusions. Therefore, the appearance of blue, etc., is not existent, nor is it non-existent with the object of illusion and the nature of emptiness, that is called the Middle Way. Therefore, that itself becomes wanting three natures, this way is reasonable for the Madhyamikas. Since this is the case, how are the four Buddhist schools divided? Those who think that blue and other things are cognized by formless knowledge are the Vaibhashikas. Those who think that things are cognized by experiencing the appearance of images through the action of things are the Sutrantikas. Also, those who think that there are no external things such as blue, etc., apart from consciousness, but that these are only consciousness, but that blue, etc., are produced by the power of beginningless habits, those are the Yogacharas, and those who say three natures are the Madhyamikas. Also, those who say that everything is false are those who appear to be Madhyamikas.

No. Combining valid cognition, scripture, and treatises, this realization is the Middle Way. How could Maitreya, the protector, not be a valid cognition, since he embodies the meaning of the Victor's words? One who surely enters into what is not inverted, ultimately reveals the activity of the Dharmakaya. It certainly destroys the meaning of the Buddha-field, and definitely eliminates all kinds of inversions. Regarding the meaning of the Perfection of Wisdom, here the main authority is Maitreya. He who teaches what the Victor has spoken from his mouth, certainly causes entry into what is not inverted. Also, those who are truly skilled in the ways of valid cognition, and those who are skilled in the meaning of the Buddha Vehicle, for the sake of making the Ornament of the Middle Way joyful, it was composed by Ratnakara Shanti. The commentary on the Ornament of the Middle Way, called "The Accomplishment of the Middle Way," composed by the great scholar and great master, the venerable Ratnakara Shanti, is complete. Translated by the translator Shakya Od himself. During the time of the auspicious King Kamadeva, composed at the beginning of the spring month, it has been one hundred and forty years. The commentary on the Ornament of the Middle Way, called "The Accomplishment of the Middle Way." Ratnakara Shanti.
