Moreover, sentient beings and yogis do not recognize that their own minds and the minds of others are of an inexpressible nature. They think that when they recognize these dualistic parts that they cling to, as if they were their own minds and the minds of others, then they recognize their own minds and the minds of others. But in the true sense, they do not touch the true essence of their own minds and the minds of others. For example, if a cloth of a color like a vase covers the vase, one can see the cloth. Although the cloth is seen, sentient beings think that they see the vase, and it should be viewed in the same way here. If the nature of the minds of sentient beings and yogis is non-dual, why do dualistic phenomena appear? Therefore, the object of grasping and the grasper, etc., are mentioned. Like this, because they have not abandoned their attachment to the object of grasping and the grasper, as long as they do not abandon these attachments, even if the essence of the mind is non-dual, it will appear as dualistic. Therefore, this is how the evil attacks on the Mind-Only school are answered. Why is Mind-Only only explained slightly, and not explained comprehensively? Therefore, "Mind-Only," etc., is mentioned. Those who can elaborate on the infinite determinacy, and those who can accomplish the unfathomable and profound Mind-Only, have done their best. But all its aspects cannot be conceived by individual ordinary beings. Because this is only the realm of the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. In order to explain the latter half of the author's final verse, "all its aspects," etc., is mentioned. Like me, who have not seen the truth and have not broken the net of conceptualization, cannot conceive of all aspects of Mind-Only. Why? Because it is not the category of speculation. Like this, the ultimate truth is not the category of speculation. Thinking is speculation. Therefore, it cannot be thought of. If Mind-Only is the ultimate truth, how can it become the category of speculation? If those who have not seen the truth cannot conceive of all its aspects, then whose realm is it in all aspects?

La. It speaks of what is called the sphere of activity of the Buddhas. In order to dispel that meaning, it speaks of "He is the Buddha" and so on. The Buddhas, the Bhagavad-bhagavats, have fully understood it in every way. Therefore, that is their sphere of activity. Why is that their sphere of activity? Because they have unobstructed knowledge of all aspects of all knowable things, it is said. Thus, the jewel on the crown of yogis, the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-bhagavats, their knowledge is unobstructed in all aspects of all knowable things. Just as an amalaka fruit is placed in the palm of the hand, they directly perceive all worldly and transworldly things. Therefore, how could they be obstructed in anything? Because they have abandoned the obstructions that obscure the knowable. The commentary on the Twenty Verses has been distinguished. May the merit of my virtue, like a snow mountain, And like the rays of the moon, May all beings attain Buddhahood By whatever good is obtained from this. Because it is done according to ability, If, due to the power of ignorance, there is even a little That is said to be dissimilar, May the wise be tolerant. The commentary on the Twenty Verses, written by the teacher Dulva Lha, is complete. The Indian Abbot Jinamitra, Śīlendrabodhi, Dānaśīla, and the great translator Bande Yeshe De translated, revised, and finalized it. The commentary on the Twenty Verses, by Dulva Lha.
