The reason for being completely pure is to diligently cultivate the thought of non-substantiality. The so-called "all dharmas" refers to all of quantity and things, without omission. It is said in the scriptures, "Dharma is called dharma because it holds characteristics," because there is nothing that does not pervade what should be pervaded, so all dharmas are completely pure in their own nature or essence. The Ratnakuta Sutra says, "All dharmas are pure, there is no fault or defect to grasp, therefore, in the nature of self, how can one grasp substantiality?" Therefore, all self and common dharmas are non-substantial, and from the essence of emptiness, the inexpressible light, the essence is transcendent. Therefore: 'The sky is visible' is often said in the language of sentient beings, how is the sky visible, this principle should be carefully examined. Thus, seeing the Dharma is also said by the Tathagata. The meaning of this metaphor is repeatedly explained. This explains that things abide in the ultimate nature, in order to show reliance on the individual, in order to show that the conventional is endless, in order to avoid the harm of cause and effect in the conventional. Because all dharmas are contained in the Bodhicitta, it is said that one should diligently cultivate the thought of great compassion. For those who have less wisdom and learn poorly, phenomena are not non-existent, the root of all dharmas will not be harmed by others, if the difference between the two vehicles is acknowledged, then compared to this, this (great compassion) is not completely unfounded, because it abides in the meaning of light and emptiness. Therefore, it is not only emptiness, it is said in the scriptures that "emptiness has the essence of compassion." The profound vehicles are not only non-harming, but because they have benefits, they abide, therefore, the Uttaratantra Shastra also says: "Abiding in Bodhicitta, emptiness and so on are not far away, if there is skillful means and wisdom, no matter what kind of behavior one is in, it will not change its nature." And the Madhyamaka Realization says: "Sentient beings are the object of compassion, therefore, Bodhicitta arises." Therefore, there is no contradiction. Also, the Compendium of Trainings says: "One should also strengthen Bodhicitta." Therefore, it is said in order not to fall into two extremes. Therefore, the former teachers did not deviate from the two extremes.

It should be entered, as it is said. Therefore, the meaning of the words is easy to understand, so there is not much elaboration. Having thus prevented nihilistic views and the like, now explaining the actual meaning, which is to meditate on the meaning of the nature of all appearances: All dharmas are naturally luminous, therefore one should meditate on the perception of non-objectification, as taught. That is, all these dharmas that appear to oneself are free from conceptualization in their essence, so there is nothing to obscure them. For example, like the sky is naturally pure. Therefore, all dharmas are luminous, like the rays of the sun. To this, some say that your analogy is flawed, because when the sky is clear, the sun appears, and although the rays are bright, if there are clouds or other obscurations, they are not clear, so the analogy is not established, it is flawed. Answer: This is not flawed, the rays of the sun are always obscured and unclear, or clear without obscuration, etc., because it appears to the common sentient beings. Therefore, the nature of dharmas is luminous, without obscuration, and not luminous, without obscuration, so it is in the appearance of sentient beings. Even if the obscuration of afflictions and the like appear, the essence of the dharma is not clear, and there is no obscuration and no non-appearance. Also, in the Madhyamaka Reasoning Analysis it is said: When the real object of dharma exists, time and size, clarity and non-clarity, the person who becomes the distinction, how can he be my retinue? Therefore, luminosity is emptiness. As it is said. Therefore, there is no attachment to things, and it is empty at the moment of appearance, so the object is not attached, and the consciousness that can be attached is also not attached, so both the object and the subject, because the establishment is nowhere to be found, therefore one should diligently meditate on the perception of non-objectification. Moreover, it should be understood that through the object of meditation of the words at this time, the phrase "at the time of death" is combined with everything. Then, if one only meditates at the time of death, and not at other times? There is no opportunity for such a rebuttal, because "at the time of death" does not have a definite attachment to things and time. In the Great Accomplishment of Madhyamaka it is said: Impermanent change, place and time, I have not seen this to exist. Therefore, only from the time of birth, the Lord of Death dwells at the mouth. As said by Master Nagarjuna. When, except for the Buddha, impermanence and the like exist.
