If it is established by others, what is the use? If it is not established, it becomes permanent. Therefore, nirvana is also desired to be continuous and uninterrupted. The tenet of the Sutra School is that it is only the nature of the five aggregates. The past and future are extinguished and not born, and do not exist, but the present is substantial. They do not accept non-cognitive form. Mental activities such as vows are considered to have companions. Non-associated activities, form, mind, and mental events are considered to be nominal. They do not accept the four conditioned phenomena. Because it is the cause of immediate cessation, it is considered to be the immediate result. Atoms and aggregates are considered to be the cause of the object of apprehension. Before apprehension, it is established as the object of generation. By practicing the sixteen aspects of the four noble truths, such as impermanence, the afflictions and habitual tendencies can be abandoned. Like clouds clearing in the sky, or ice melting in the sea, or like the appearance of a extinguished lamp, their mind is liberated and nirvana is attained. Impermanence, suffering, emptiness, selflessness, cause and origin, arising and condition, path and attainment, definite emergence, cessation, peace, abundance, definite arising. Material aggregates such as the great elements, if combined by six at once, then the atom should be divided into six parts. If the six are in one place, then the aggregate should be as small as an atom. Consciousness is indivisible in nature. From the aspect of seeds, the sense faculties; from the aspect of appearance, they are explained as objects; from the aspect of intelligence, they are explained as consciousness. The tenet of the self-realized ones is that they abandon the conceptualization of the apprehended, and because they do not abandon the apprehender, they cultivate after realizing the four noble truths and dependent origination without being taught by others. The result is the same as the Sutra School. Without the apprehended, there is no apprehender, like the other shore without this shore. Like the appearance of a cracked egg, the Mind-Only school speaks of true reality. It is similar to the Vaibhashika school, but the appearance of the apprehended and the appearance of the apprehender are different, and wanting to see them directly is an imputation. There is no benefit in simultaneity, and no holding in sequence. If there is holding without benefit, then the eye should also be able to know sound. Meaningless, only the nature of the mind itself, although white, red, etc. appear, the ultimate is non-dual, only mind. In that, the apprehended and the apprehender are different, which is a sudden and illusory samsara.

That is, all kinds of white and red appear, but when one is free from the grasping and clinging to duality, when non-dual wisdom arises, one desires to attain non-abiding nirvana. When seeing patterned cloth and so on, thinking that one sees white and other differences, is done by a discriminating consciousness. With non-discriminating co-emergent certainty, one considers there to be no difference and to be one. Some consider white and so on to be many, just as one establishes a tree with wood, they say that because many are the object, there is one. By familiarizing oneself with the two kinds of selflessness, the clinging to self, which is contrary to that, is not stopped. The doubt and clinging to extremes that it generates, and the clinging to the superiority of views and ethics, are stopped. The attachment, pride, and anger that it generates are stopped and transformed. From familiarizing oneself with compassion, the mind also becomes extremely clear. Because the seed of the view of self is abandoned, is it because one does not regress? Is it because one does not rely on suffering? Is it because one departs beautifully? Not understanding the object of knowledge, it is considered perfect because it is abandoned. From the aspect of white appearance, it is not red appearance. If it were, then white would become red. From the aspect of eastern appearance, it is not western appearance. If it were, then eastern appearance would become western appearance. Because one is not established, there are no many. The formless white, red, and so on, because they harm the reasoning of one and many, are false. Consciousness is non-dual, free from all appearances, arising from meditating on the formless, it is the realm of non-dual wisdom. The nature of two All is absent, there is the nature of being deluded into two, that is the nature of emptiness. The imputed, dependent, and perfect natures are not changed by what is imputed and caused. The aggregates, elements, and other phenomena, because they are non-dual, free from one and many, because they are experienced, the mind is also of that nature. If not, there is no experience. Because there would be a fault if it were always existent or non-existent, it is not without cause. Because sequential and simultaneous are contradictory, it is not permanent. Therefore, there is the nature of consciousness. Blue and so on, that in the mind, is not different, it is called one. The nature of realization is direct perception, the nature of blue and so on is mistaken there. Clinging to direct perception as meaning is mistaken clinging. Because direct perception has no external object and is not superimposition, it is self-awareness. There is no harm to the nature of discrimination, blue and so on are the opposite of that. If one says that all consciousness is absent, then there is no direct perception or inference, there is no karma, fruit, or Three Jewels.
