It is understanding. The so-called "non-duality" is determined as "non-duality," that is, just as it is determined as a rope, if the conceptual thought disappears, then it is only a rope. Likewise, for me, if the conceptual thought of duality disappears, then it is determined as non-duality, as it is said. If my suchness is inherently non-dual, then why do those who are skilled in speech also say that life and so on are also suchness? For those who think "life and so on," the word "and so on" is mentioned. That is not the cause of that god. The so-called "that is not the cause of that god" is because, due to the power of ignorance and illusion, one is deluded by suchness and causes those who are skilled in speech to be deluded. Apart from that, there is no other. The so-called "by the reason of life" and so on, is to show the meaning as previously stated. The so-called "that is the knower" means that suchness is knowledge. If one thinks, "By what valid cognition is it established that 'this is non-dual'?" then it is said, "non-dual," which is given as an example. The analogy is like this: whatever is mind is ultimately non-dual, like the state of a dream. This, which exists in the waking state, is also mind, therefore it is the reason of its own nature. If the mind is inherently non-dual in the ultimate truth, then how does it appear as the two aspects of the agent, the object, the grasper, and the grasped? To those who think, "This appearance is mind," it is said: Thus, as long as one's own self appears as the aspect of the grasper and the grasped due to the power of ignorance, then this mind is like that, because it is understood and realized. Therefore, it will be said that the mind apprehends duality due to the power of appearance. When the mind of the mind disappears, it will not apprehend. If one thinks, "When will it disappear?" then it is said, "When there is completely no conceptualization," and so on. The so-called "that is without clinging" means the clinging of non-clinging. For whom the way of speaking of non-duality exists, thus connect the words. The so-called "previously" is because all permanent things have been extensively refuted previously. The so-called "other" is to show other refutations, which will lead to the consequence that those who accept bondage and liberation do not exist even conventionally.

It has been shown. Because it has been shown that the obscurations of yogis' practice, etc., are also fruitless. The word "what" is said, and it should be connected to what can be removed by practicing yoga and what can be accomplished. As a reason for not being able to remove it, it is said that "it cannot be abandoned." The so-called "its nature" refers to the nature of the permanent self, because the nature of the constant and unique cannot be abandoned. As a reason for not being able to accomplish it, it is said that "correct knowledge," etc. The so-called "itself" is because correct knowledge is its nature. Refuting what was said when the vase, etc., were destroyed, the example of the vase's emptiness, etc., was mentioned. The so-called "there" refers to emptiness. Regarding "like children," it is also refuted that by habitually seeing that itself, suddenly, etc., it is easy to understand. Regarding "like a hole without darkness," it is also refuted that certainty and uncertainty, etc., are mentioned. All of these indicate that because of admitting contradictory dharmas such as certainty, etc., it harms the permanent and unique person that is admitted. Regarding the connection of "non-duality appearing as duality," it is also refuted that the knowing person is permanent and unique, etc. This shows that the dharma to be established and the example dharma that is different are not accomplished. If, in general, only the nature of non-duality is established on the dharma, then at this time it is establishing what has already been established, because we Mind-Only also admit the same. For the permanent dharma, the basis of the reason is not accomplished, and the dharma of the example is also not accomplished. The so-called "what they say" refers to the secret speakers, and it should be connected to this being beautiful in the Sugata's doctrine. Showing the emptiness that pervades all things can only be done by the Bhagavan, but not by others. The so-called "originally existing" refers to the originally existing Ishvara, so it is originally attached. The so-called "truthfulness" is Suchness.

Previously mentioned refers to the method of eliminating the permanence of things. "Which are one's own schools?" refers to monks like Devasarman and others; all of this is easy to understand. "All dharmas are always empty of inherent nature," etc., are the remaining parts of the verses. "If the sons of the Conqueror destroy things, all of existence will be completely empty. One aspect of emptiness is for the tirthikas." This was said. Here, "also said" refers to what was said by the noble Nagarjuna. "Arising from conditions" refers to dependent arising. To the thought, "Why is it not seen?" it is stated, "If it were one thing," etc. If one thing truly existed, then why would one assert that all dharmas are without inherent nature? This shows that this convention contradicts the world. "It will contradict many sutras." This refers to the Blessed One saying that apart from perversion, there is not even a part of a hair's tip where children reside and engage in actions. In the noble Dharma Collection Sutra, it says, "Son of good family, this world abides in the appearance of arising and ceasing. Therefore, the Tathagata, in order to completely abandon the place of fear for the world, speaks of arising and ceasing by the power of convention, but here no dharma arises." "Pervasion and power, etc." refers to Vishnu and Ishvara, etc. "The cause abiding immeasurably" refers to the cause for establishing all conventions. "Even by those who have become the crown of the world" refers to the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas as well. The word "even" indicates that even the superior ordinary beings as well. Because it is as pure as the moon's rays, it is as pure as the moon's rays. The first selflessness is the selflessness of persons. For those who have minds clinging to wrongly taught philosophical tenets, thus combine the words. "Those who follow that reasoning" refers to those intelligent ones who follow the reasoning of the Tathagata. Where does the teaching of the Tathagata...

That which has a family of independent lineage is called that. Flame is called fire. Having a number is called only one. Regarding the Dharmakaya, it should be connected with harm, because for the seed of the Dharmakaya, whoever believes in it will begin to be harmed. It is also said that it refers to the noble Nagarjuna and others. Here, the first verse is spoken by the master Nagarjuna. The second and so on are spoken by the noble Deva. "Obscured by the power of ignorance" means completely obscured by ignorance. As it is said in the first explanation of the difference of patience in the Samadhiraja-candrapradipa-sutra, it says, "In this world, what other non-Buddhist is there? Those who abide are not hateful. To those, compassion should be given. This is the distinction of the first patience." It says so. Hail is snow. That is its nature mountain, the mountain is the snow mountain. Its many snows, the snow mountain's many snows. That is the sunlight is very beautiful, and it is also the place where the snow mountain's many snows fall, so it is connected like this, because it is similar to that. Low caste is called Chandala. Initially, in the middle, and finally virtuous means at the time of hearing, thinking, and meditating, according to the order, or it refers to direct perception, inference, mutual analysis, etc. Gold is Salisbram. Whoever has unfamiliar wisdom in samsara is called that. That is also adorned with the garland of all the crest jewels of the guides of humans and the heavenly realms, and it is also the two lotus feet, so it is connected like this. Seeking the effort of true wisdom means "becoming" is the remainder. For those who have unwavering wisdom, it is connected like this. The remaining part is easy to understand, so it is not explained separately. The Difficult Explanation of the Ornament of the Middle Way is composed by the master Kamalashila, completed. Translated, proofread, and finalized by the Indian Abbot Surendrabodhi and Prajnavarma, and the revising translator Bande Yeshede and others. This
