It should be recognized in all supports that this is the means to settle (beings) in accomplishment. It should only be done to cut off desire, prayer, and distraction. Therefore, it has been explained that these (methods) are the means, and that is how it is. In order to show the perfect mind, it is assumed that there is no complete affliction, and again it is widely said, "Subhuti, any Bodhisattva Mahasattva," etc. What does this show? Because this Dharma has great significance, it must be correctly and thoroughly clarified without a doubt. Although this is the case, it must be thoroughly clarified in such a way that it does not become completely afflicted. How can it be correctly and thoroughly clarified? It is like not thoroughly clarifying it in any way. Therefore, this is called correct and thorough clarification. So, what is the intention here? The Dharma that is unspeakable and has its own nature cannot be explained. Otherwise, it will be explained by all afflictions, because the meaning is reversed. Therefore, there is no additional joy and pursuit for such an explanation. Therefore, the Dharma will be explained in a way that is free from all afflictions, and that is how it is. The perfect mind in Samsara is assumed to be free from all afflictions, (and it is said) "like a star, illusion, lamp." The meaning of these verses is the same as before, and has been explained. (Sanskrit) e tā da śī mar tha ga tiṃ ni śā mya, ye śī ma hā yā na ma ba ddhau me ba, tā nas ma no be dmi na vā sma no pi, gu ṇai ra bhā byā nla su nā na bai mi, hī no hi gā mbhī rya mu dā ra tā mbā, bo ddhu nna śak nā ti na cā dhi, mok tuṃ, prā ye ṇa ce baṃ bi dha e ṣa lo kaḥ te nā tra dhar me khi la tāṃ pra yā taḥ. The Extensive Explanation of the Seven Places of the Vajra Cutter, Mother Bhagavati Prajnaparamita, was completed. Composed by the teacher Vasubandhu. This is the remainder of the new translation by the omniscient Gzhon nu dpal ba (Gzhon nu dpal ba, 1392-1481). In order to fulfill the intention of that venerable one, let it be translated. Therefore, the Fourth Zhwa dmar pa, the glorious Chos kyi grags pa Ye shes dpal bzang po (Chos kyi grags pa Ye shes dpal bzang po, 1484-1524), gave the order, which was accepted with the crown of the head. At Yenpo Palace, Sne'u gdong rtse. Relying on the great glorious power of the Lord of Dharma, the Great Dharma King, the glorious Ngakgi Wangchuk Drakpa, who is victorious in all directions, it was well translated. May the profound commentary, which clearly explains the mother of the Buddhas of the three times, who has the name of Vajra, be perfectly clear. It was composed by the glorious great chariot master known as the Second Omniscient One, Vasubandhu. That which is the glory of the snowy land was translated by the supreme scholar-accomplished one with the name of Youth. By the virtue of completely translating this, may the intention of that supreme guide be fulfilled. Again, comparing it with the Chinese version and combining it with the topics in the commentary composed by the master Kamalaśīla that are in accordance with the meaning, I have diligently corrected the particles and confused combinations, etc., which have been slightly improved. The Extensive Commentary on the Seven Meanings of the Vajra Cutter, the Noble Bhagavati Prajñāpāramitā. By the Great Master Vasubandhu.
