Thus, it is virtuous. Thus, it is exceedingly sublime. Thus, it is to be understood by the wise through knowledge, but no one believes in it. This means that since there is no conceptualization of all dharmas, this profound and difficult-to-examine Prajnaparamita is not an object of conceptualization in the ultimate sense. Therefore, it is shown that no one believes in it in the ultimate sense. Why is that? Because it is like this: it is said that no dharma has been spoken or taught in these things, which shows the reason why there is no conceptualization and no one believes in it. In the ultimate sense, in this Prajnaparamita, there is no summary or detailed explanation of any dharma, so no one believes in it. That is the meaning. Just as no dharma has been spoken or taught in this, so no sentient being believes in this. This means that just as all the dharmas to be believed in have not been spoken or taught because they are without substance in the ultimate sense, so the sentient beings who believe in them do not exist in the ultimate sense. Then, the venerable Sharadvatiputra said this to the venerable Subhuti: 'Venerable Subhuti, then, in this Prajnaparamita, are the three vehicles, the vehicle of the Hearers, the vehicle of the Solitary Buddhas, and the vehicle of the Perfectly Complete Buddhas, not extensively arranged?' This and so on, where Subhuti said that no dharma has been spoken or taught in this, showing that there is no dharma teacher or listener, but in the scriptures, the three vehicles and so on are extensively arranged and explained, but Subhuti said that no dharma has been spoken or taught, which is asking by grasping the key point that contradicts the scriptures. 'Has the complete acceptance of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas not been shown?' This means that the path of the Bodhisattva, from the first bhumi to the tenth bhumi, shows the complete perfection of the six paramitas and so on. The complete acceptance of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas is that (Prajnaparamita). To clarify that (complete acceptance of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas), from generating the first mind (Tibetan: སེམས་དང་པོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: प्रथमचित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: prathama citta, literal Chinese meaning: first mind) to generating the tenth mind, the Bodhi

The path of a Bodhisattva is like this: it speaks of the perfection of generosity and so on. The so-called generation of the first mind refers to the attainment of the first ground. The so-called tenth mind refers to the tenth ground of a Bodhisattva. Thus, from the first ground to the complete tenth ground, the six perfections and so on, up to the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha, are those teachings not shown? This is the question posed to Subhuti. From "Are the superior superknowledges and miraculous displays of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas also not shown?" to "They will become superior to all the worlds and possess excellent fearlessness," refers to the qualities of a Bodhisattva, superior superknowledges, miraculous displays, the practice of the Perfection of Wisdom leading to miraculous birth, the nature of the superknowledges being such that they never diminish, the desire to go from Buddha-field to Buddha-field, the abundant roots of virtue that enable one to worship and honor the Buddhas, the ability to hear all teachings from those Buddhas, and the fact that until one attains omniscience, one will not forget, will not be interrupted, will always maintain equanimity, and will possess all the perfections of fearlessness. Are these not explained in the scriptures? This is the question. Among them, the so-called unimpeded fearlessness refers to the fact that, with the Perfection of Wisdom and perfect mindfulness, there is no obstruction to either the meaning or the words when teaching the Dharma. The so-called uninterrupted fearlessness refers to the fact that demons and so on cannot create obstacles. The so-called fearlessness of equanimity refers to the fact that mindfulness does not diminish, and one is not distracted by objects such as desire, and one possesses the fearlessness to teach the Dharma. The so-called fearlessness of reason refers to the fact that one does not contradict valid cognition and possesses the fearlessness to teach the Dharma. The so-called fearlessness of connection refers to the fact that one does not contradict the scriptures, and the meaning and words are connected from beginning to end when teaching the Dharma. The so-called fearlessness of meaning refers to the meaning that enables one to attain the fruit of the noble path.
