That which is called "non-duality, these cannot be made into two" is the fourth. Whatever all the Tathagatas of the ten directions teach the Dharma of the twelve branches of the teachings through the three kinds of miracles, and whoever holds and cherishes the Bhagavati-ma and extensively teaches it to others, that is equal to that. The Tathagatas, miracles, and scriptures arise from this, which is the fifth. Whoever in this three-thousand-great-thousand world realms causes beings to engage from holding this (Bhagavati-ma) up to proper attention, humans and non-humans will not find an opportunity. That Bhagavati-ma will accomplish the deeds of the Buddha. The appearance of the Buddha in that world realm should be observed. Here, the example is like a wish-fulfilling jewel of the gods, which is the sixth. If world realms as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River were filled with the relics of the Tathagatas, and one were to find the Bhagavati-ma written in a book, I would take this. Those should be worshiped merely by being born from that. By worshiping that, one will also destroy the lower realms, slightly experience the happiness of the good realms, and ultimately end suffering. From holding this Bhagavati-ma up to proper attention, from the perfections, etc., up to perfecting the ultimate of non-duality, obtaining the direct realization of the Bodhisattva, and going to the Buddha-fields. Whoever wishes to see all the Buddhas of the ten directions should meditate on the recollection of the Buddha, as well as conditioned and unconditioned dharmas, which is the seventh. All the Buddhas of the three times, as well as the enlightenment of the Hearers and Solitary Buddhas, all of these arise from the Bhagavati-ma in the conventional truth, but not in the ultimate truth. Because the Bhagavati-ma is non-dual, there is no abandonment or taking whatsoever, which is the eighth. This Bhagavati-ma is a precious perfection. Whoever practices this will thoroughly understand the mental activities of all beings, some beings

Furthermore, from non-objectification, there is no objectification between life and nourishment and individuals, etc., aggregates, etc., enlightenment, Buddhas, and the dharmas of the Buddhas. Because one knows the various dharmas of self-nature and does not objectify them here, therefore, the Bhagavan Mother is without objectification. Thus, all dharmas are of one taste. This is the ninth devotion to the meaning of others. In the Prajnaparamita, with devotion to the dharmas, it is desired to praise, honor, and extol with three nines. This is called devotion and supreme devotion. Part, portion, and some aspects are different names. In the Prajnaparamita, the distinctions spoken of with three nines of devotion, those divisions well distinguished with three nines are desired as praise, honor, and extolment in order, for the sake of delighting the devotions of the Bodhisattvas. In the first nine of those, the praise is small, speaking of true qualities. In the second of those, the honor is medium. In the third of those, the praise is great. After those three, it should be declared with three further nines. Because one practices and makes offerings to the Bhagavan Mother's self-nature, and because one writes those in books and gives them to others, this is manifestly superior in merit to the former. Because giving the Bhagavan Mother is the supreme Dharma giving, this is the first praise. The Bhagavan Mother, as has been shown, goes to the presence of others, and if one explains and shows, speaks and interprets, distinguishes and clarifies, this increases merit more than the former. One should regard that as a teacher. The teacher is not other, and the Bhagavan Mother is not other, because if one trains in this, one will attain the three enlightenments. This is the second praise. Whatever merit there is in placing one sentient being in the fruit of stream-entry, that is the sentient beings of Jambudvipa who are virtuous in the ten virtues. This is the third. Likewise, in the fruit of once-returner.

This is the fourth. Likewise, the fruit of non-returning is the fifth. Likewise, the Arhat is the sixth. Likewise, the Pratyekabuddha enlightenment is the seventh. If someone places the beings of Jambudvipa in the fruit of stream-entry, compared to that, if someone places one being in unsurpassed enlightenment, this merit is even more excellent, this is the eighth. If someone places the beings of Jambudvipa in the fruit of once-returning, compared to that, if someone places one being in unsurpassed enlightenment, then this merit increases even more, this is the ninth praise. If someone places the lord of Jambudvipa in the fruit of non-returning, and if someone places one in unsurpassed enlightenment, this is the first offering. If someone places the inhabitant of Jambudvipa in the state of Arhat, and if someone places one being in unsurpassed enlightenment, this is the second offering. If someone places the inhabitant of Jambudvipa in the enlightenment of a Pratyekabuddha, and places one in unsurpassed enlightenment, this is the third. All uncontaminated dharmas are taught by the Blessed Mother, and all the perfections of all beings, and the perfections of gods and humans, also arise from the Blessed Mother. Therefore, in each direction, whoever places beings in worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges in Pratyekabuddha enlightenment, compared to that, if someone writes the Blessed Mother in a book, and also gives it to others for writing and reading, this merit increases even more. Whoever, starting from the six perfections, etc., up to the ultimate of all-knowing, properly contemplates, because of not practicing duality in enlightenment, therefore, placing the beings of the three thousand great thousand worlds in the merit of the ten virtues, meditation, formlessness, immeasurables, and supernormal powers, is even more excellent, this is the fourth. Whoever widely shows this to others and explains its meaning, thus, they should be regarded as non-dual and non-opposed.
