The so-called following of various practices is the profound knowable, and seeing the non-seeing of suchness's own nature is seeing. It is called profound knowledge, and the absence of true practice is practice. It is called profound practice, and all dharmas are established in the nature of non-duality. It is called profound non-duality, and without abandoning samadhi such as liberation, sentient beings are matured and all accumulations are perfected, and the result of that, Buddhahood itself, is unattainable. It is called profound skillful means, because it is difficult to understand as if establishing contradictory meanings through obtaining the door of inconceivable liberation, hence there are eight kinds of profundity. By practicing the irreversible Dharma, one must attain the result of Buddhahood, therefore it is said that its uncommon cause is the equality of samsara and nirvana. Because all dharmas are like dreams, do not think of samsara and peace, the answer to arguments such as no action is just as said. That's it. Because all dissimilar and antidotal dharmas are meditated upon as mere images, samsara and nirvana are realized to be like dreams. Therefore, since they are not distinguished as separate, it is equality. If it is like a dream, then even when not asleep, there will be no non-virtue and giving, etc.? The answer to such arguments is, as in the school that speaks of external objects, although there is no real killing or anything like that, killing etc. is understood as generating things that contradict the continuation of life, and thus it is established as killing etc. Likewise, when things are like dreams, those who have not lost all the bonds of externalism will also become attached to external things and so on, and manifest attachment. Furthermore, even the practice of virtue and non-virtue in dreams, if nourished by the mind of the subsequent dwelling time, will also become the fruit of whatever the thing is, so this analogy is not established, as stated in the Sutra Pitaka and its schools.

Now it is finished speaking. Thus, meditating on equality will lead to the realization of complete enlightenment in one's own field, so the purification of the Buddha field is proclaimed. As it is said in the "Entering the Bodhisattva's Way of Life": "The sentient world is like this, the vessel world is impure, because of the purification done to it, the Buddha land is pure." This is the meaning. Due to the difference between sentient beings and the vessel world, the support and the supported of the Buddha field, in order, the antidote to impurity such as hunger and thirst, giving abundant food and drink, serving gods, etc., in accordance with aspirations; the antidote to impurity such as steep valleys and cliffs, giving exquisite palaces, etc., accomplishing the golden ground, etc., in accordance with aspirations, thus completely purifying the Buddha field. In order to completely purify one's own Buddha field, one must accomplish the deeds of the Buddha as appropriate, and for this purpose, skillful means are proclaimed as the cause. As it is said: "This realm and combination, has surpassed all enemies, non-abiding as its power, uncommon characteristics, without attachment, without object, sign and aspiration are exhausted, its sign and signless, ten skillful means." This is the meaning. By diligently practicing the cause of truly transcending the laws of obstruction, thereby transcending the demons of gods, etc.; meditating on the equality of all dharmas, although realizing emptiness, it is not manifest, therefore it is non-abiding; with the accomplishment of aspiration, all deeds of benefiting others are naturally accomplished by the power of the past; all ascetic practices are extremely familiar, therefore practicing liberation, etc., is uncommon; with pure white dharma, although entering liberation, etc., one is not attached to nirvana; in order to cut off the object-clinging of sentient beings, with the door of liberation, emptiness, without an object; in order to cut off the sign-clinging of sentient beings, with the door of liberation, signlessness, without sign; in order to cut off the aspiration-clinging of sentient beings

For this purpose, the absence of aspiration (Tibetan: སྨོན་པ་མེད་པ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अप्रणिहित, Sanskrit Romanization: apraṇihita, Literal Chinese meaning: absence of aspiration) itself is the door to liberation, which is the absence of aspiration; by first posing a question, and then correctly proclaiming the Dharma of non-retrogression itself, is the sign of non-retrogression; by knowing all limitless realms themselves, is limitlessness. To actualize the ten objects of the Prajñāpāramitā, knowing the combination of time and non-time is the ten skillful means. The commentary on the Prajñāpāramitā Upadeśa Śāstra, the Ornament for Clear Realization, called the Garland of Wisdom Light, is the commentary on the fourth chapter. Chapter Four: Commentary on the Complete Manifest Realization of All Aspects.
