That which is called "overpowering" means to be able to overpower. Bodhisattvas use "overpowering" to describe it. In order to illustrate with an example how rejoicing overpowers merit, "wish-fulfilling jewel" and so on are mentioned. This is because, for example, even if a pile of wish-fulfilling jewels is extremely large, it will be overpowered by a single precious lapis lazuli, because it (lapis lazuli) is the cause of perfect enjoyment and so on. Similarly, a bodhisattva's rejoicing can also overpower the accumulation of merit of sentient beings, because it (rejoicing) is the cause of perfect benefit for oneself and others. This is what is said. The perversion of the characteristic of dharma is because it (perversion) is the opposing factor to the perfection of giving, which is of the nature of non-perversion. Its antidote is the realization of the emptiness of all dharmas, because by relying on that, it becomes the cause for increasing the accumulation of uncontaminated giving. Therefore, "if" and so on are mentioned. Among them, "not considering as mine" means that if, because of realizing that all dharmas are without self, one does not consider it as one's own. The term "unsparing of things" is because stinginess is preceded by attachment to "mine," so it is thought that if there is no "mine" (attachment), then stinginess will not exist. Only virtuous dharma, with its uncontaminated nature, is the cause of eliminating all obscurations, so it is called great power, and the bodhisattva who possesses this great power is called "great power." "The full moon, radiant without clouds" refers to the moon disc that has cloudless radiance, which is called "the full moon, radiant without clouds." The detailed classification of the peak realization has been explained. A Difficult Explanation of the Peak Realization.
