ས་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་ཉིད་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས་ལ་སྟོན་པར་མཛད་དོ། །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་རབ་འབྱོར་གྱིས་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་བསྟན་པ་འདི་བཤད་པའི་ཚེ་ལྷ་དང་མིའི་སྐྱེ་དགུ་རྣམས་ལས་ཁྲག་ཁྲིག་ཕྲག་བཅུ་གཉིས་མི་སྐྱེ་བའི་ཆོས་ལ་བཟོད་པ་སྐྱེས་སོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཀུན་གྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་སུ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་འདི་བསྟན་པའི་ཚེ་ཡང་སེམས་ཅན་གྲངས་མེད་ཚད་མེད་པ་དག་གིས་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པར་གྱུར་ཏོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་ལམ་ལ་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བའོ། །འདི་དག་གིས་ནི་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བའི་སྒྲུབ་པ་བསྟན་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་བསྟན་ཟིན་ཏོ། །འཕགས་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་མ་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་སྟོང་ཕྲག་ཉི་ཤུ་ལྔ་པ་མངོན་པར་རྟོགས་པའི་རྒྱན་དང་རྗེས་སུ་མཐུན་པར་དག་པར་གཏུགས་པ་ལས་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དབང་དུ་བྱས་པ་རབ་འབྱོར་གྱི་ལེའུ་སྟེ་དང་པོའོ།། །། རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་དུ་ངེས་པར་འབྱུང་བ།

此般般若波罗蜜多乃为诸菩萨摩诃萨宣说。具寿善现宣说此般若波罗蜜多之教示时，天人等众生中，有一万二千俱胝众生生起于不生法之忍。于十方一切世界中，诸佛薄伽梵宣说此般若波罗蜜多之时，亦有无量无数之有情发起无上正等菩提之心，此乃于道上决定生起。此等乃为决定生起之证成教示。已宣说一切相智。圣薄伽梵母般若波罗蜜多二万五千颂，依循现观庄严而清净校对，其中关于一切相智之善现品第一。 于一切相智决定生起。
English
This Perfection of Wisdom is taught to the Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas. When the venerable Subhuti taught this exposition of the Perfection of Wisdom, twelve billion beings among gods and humans generated tolerance for the Dharma of non-origination. Also, when the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, in all the world realms of the ten directions, taught this Perfection of Wisdom, countless immeasurable sentient beings generated the mind for unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment; this is the definite arising on the path. These are the teachings demonstrating definite arising. The Omniscient Wisdom has been taught. The first chapter, Subhuti's Chapter, concerning Omniscient Wisdom from the Holy Bhagavati Mother Perfection of Wisdom in Twenty-five Thousand Lines, which has been purified and collated in accordance with the Ornament for Clear Realization.
