The Chapter on Antidotes. The Chapter on Antidotes. Subhuti, your statement, "From where does the Great Vehicle necessarily arise?" means that it necessarily arises from the three realms in an imperceptible manner. It will abide in the all-knowingness. Why is that? Subhuti, because in this way, whether it is the Great Vehicle or the all-knowingness, both of these dharmas are neither possessed nor not possessed. Formless, invisible, unobstructed, of one characteristic, that is, without characteristics. Why is that? Subhuti, the dharma without characteristics neither necessarily arises, nor will arise, nor does not arise. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that the realm of dharma necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that Suchness necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that the ultimate reality necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that the inconceivable realm necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that the realm of space necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that the realm of abandoning desire necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that the realm of being free from desire necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that the realm of cessation necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that form emptiness necessarily arises. Subhuti, whoever thinks that dharmas without characteristics necessarily arise, that is merely thinking that feeling emptiness, perception emptiness, formation emptiness, and consciousness

It is merely considered that the emptiness of consciousness will definitely arise. What is the reason for that? Subhuti, the emptiness of form does not necessarily arise from the three realms. It does not abide in the all-knowingness. The emptiness of feeling, the emptiness of perception, the emptiness of formations, and the emptiness of consciousness do not necessarily arise from the three realms. It does not abide in the all-knowingness. What is the reason for that? Thus, form is empty by form. Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are empty by consciousness. Subhuti, whoever thinks that the characteristics of non-existent dharmas will definitely arise, that is merely thinking that the emptiness of the eye will definitely arise. Subhuti, whoever thinks that the characteristics of non-existent dharmas will definitely arise, that is merely thinking that the emptiness of the ear, the emptiness of the nose, the emptiness of the tongue, the emptiness of the body, and the emptiness of the mind will definitely arise. What is the reason for that? Subhuti, the emptiness of the eye does not necessarily arise from the three realms. It does not abide in the all-knowingness.
