Because there are no sentient beings, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the later limit. Because sentient beings are empty, sentient beings are secluded, and sentient beings are without inherent nature, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the later limit. Shariputra, endowed with life, because there are no sentient beings, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the middle. Because sentient beings are empty, sentient beings are secluded, and sentient beings are without inherent nature, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the middle. Shariputra, endowed with life, why is that? Because with regard to no sentient beings, sentient beings being empty, sentient beings being secluded, and sentient beings being without inherent nature, there is no fixation on the prior limit. There is no fixation on the later limit. There is no fixation on the middle. That no sentient beings is one thing, that sentient beings are empty is another thing, that sentient beings are secluded is another thing, that sentient beings are without inherent nature is also another thing, that Bodhisattvas are also another thing, that the prior limit is also another thing, that the later limit is also another thing, that the middle is also another thing—there is no such thing. Shariputra, endowed with life, in that way, whatever is no sentient beings, whatever is sentient beings being empty, whatever is sentient beings being secluded, whatever is sentient beings being without inherent nature, whatever is Bodhisattvas, whatever is the prior limit, whatever is the later limit, and whatever is the middle, all of those are non-dual, they are indivisible. Shariputra, endowed with life, because form does not exist, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the prior limit. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness do not exist, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the prior limit. Because form is emptiness, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the prior limit. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are emptiness, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the prior limit. Because form is secluded, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the prior limit. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are secluded, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the prior limit. Because form is without essence, Bodhisattvas do not fixate on the prior limit. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are without essence,

Therefore, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the past. Because form is without, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are without, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because form is emptiness, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are emptiness, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because form is secluded, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are secluded, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because form is without intrinsic nature, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are without intrinsic nature, a Bodhisattva does not fixate on the edge of the future. Because form is without, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are without, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. Because form is emptiness, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are emptiness, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. Because form is secluded, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are secluded, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. Because form is without intrinsic nature, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. Because feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are without intrinsic nature, a Bodhisattva does not fixate in the middle. What is the reason for this? Venerable Shariputra, form, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are without, and form, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are emptiness, and form, feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness are secluded, and form, feeling, perception, formations,
