It is taught by such words as not revering the great heroes, the Buddhas, the Bhagavad, and not cultivating the roots of virtue. Tenth, the realization of the Tathagata by preventing the conception of things and non-things is also said in the sutra: From the beginning of the sixty-ninth chapter: Why is that? Subhuti, what is the nature of these dharmas like this? It is because of the absence of reality. Subhuti, by the absence of reality, one cannot realize perfect enlightenment. And so on. Eleventh, the impermanence of the establishment of elaboration, etc., is inverted to permanence, etc., and is also said in the sutra: When he had spoken thus, the venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, what is the elaboration of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva? The following is stated. Twelfth, because the fruit of the path of meditation is not manifested, the path is also, as it is said in the sutra: When he had spoken thus, the venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, if there is no self-nature to be identified in any dharma, then does the Bodhisattva Mahasattva practice the path of the Hearers? And so on. Thirteenth, because there is no abandonment and acceptance, it is inconsistent. Fourteenth, the antidote is also, as it is said in the sutra: When he had spoken thus, the venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, if the dharmas of the Bodhi-paksha are what, and what are the dharmas of Bodhi, those dharmas are neither possessed nor not possessed, nor can they be indicated, nor can they be hindered. And so on. Fifteenth, because there is no Dharma, the characteristics of the Dharma are also, as it is said in the sutra: Subhuti, the Prajnaparamita of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, which the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas should study, is like this, without characteristics, with one characteristic, is without form, cannot be indicated, and is unobstructed. And so on. Sixteenth, because one's own and common characteristics are unreasonable, meditation is also, as it is said in the sutra: When he had spoken thus, the Blessed One said to the venerable Subhuti

Thus it was declared. Subhuti, it is so, it is so. Subhuti, all dharmas are without characteristics, not different characteristics, nor the same characteristic. Subhuti, to meditate on the absence of characteristics is for a Bodhisattva Mahasattva to meditate on the Prajnaparamita. Thus and so forth it was taught. Here, the lineage of debate is not shown. That is, in the Sutra, from the beginning of the seventieth chapter: When it was declared thus, the venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, if there is no conforming endurance for those who have the perception of things, how much less is there attainment? How much less is there direct realization? If there is not, is it not that there is no conforming endurance for those who have no perception of things? Thus and so forth it was taught. Having reached the peak.
