It is taught that in order to fully accept the supreme Dharma, I also completely give myself away, and even my life is completely given away, and so on. These four are connected with the aspects of the path. Because of abiding in the path of meditation, there is no turning back, as it is said in the sutra: The distinction of characteristics, as well as the basis of distinction, the aspect, and in the ultimate sense, immeasurable merit, etc., are not perceived, but in the conventional sense, they become the common cause of compassion, giving rise to immeasurable merit, etc. To the unspeakable, it is argued that there is no decline or increase, and the answer to this is that by measuring enlightenment as it is, in the conventional sense, the desired meaning is accomplished, and in the ultimate sense, there is no increase or decrease, so there is no fault. Even so, one should also meditate that it should not be without effect in the conventional sense. The answer to this is that the example of butter shows that the eight profound Dharmata are understood. And directly showing the object on which the eight profound Dharmata depend, these are all explained with nine meanings. Among them, the difference lies in the fact that emptiness is formless, so it is free from superimposition, and form, etc., are not different from emptiness itself, so it is free from the extreme of denial, therefore the path of meditation is profound. This is also said in the sutra: At the beginning of chapter fifty-one: Having said this, the venerable Subhuti said to the Blessed One: Blessed One, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva who does not turn back has great qualities, and so on. The four distinctions refer to the path of accumulation and the path of seeing, as well as repeatedly thinking and measuring on the path of meditation, and so on. This is also said in the sutra: Having said this, the Blessed One said to the venerable Subhuti: Subhuti, when the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, with the Prajnaparamita as it is declared, I should abide thus, and even, in so many kalpas, abandoning samsara, will be destroyed, with the basis of distinction, together with the example of abundant merit, is explained. The aspect refers to the distinction of smallness, etc., which is also ninefold. Among them, the smallest of the small is also found in the sutra: Subhuti, Bodhisattva

It is explained by the words beginning with "Thus, the brave great Bodhisattva diligently practices yoga in the Prajnaparamita as it is said."
