Explanation of the Path of Seeing Explanation of the Path of Seeing Now, in order to explain the four aspects of the unfavorable factors and antidotes of the Path of Seeing, as well as the conceptualizations of what is grasped and what grasps, it is said: "In entering and reversing, the conceptualizations of what is grasped are distinct, and are said to be of nine natures." Among these, there are two types of conceptualizations of what is grasped. The first, which is the support for the aspect of completely entering, is: "Whatever generates a mind that is free from the notions of duality and non-duality, in order to definitely connect with the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment by dedicating it completely." This is what is to be explained. The second, which is the support for the aspect of completely reversing from it, is: "Whatever, O Shariputra, endowed with life, practices the Perfection of Wisdom is non-conceptual," starting from there, "By practicing the non-conceptual Perfection of Wisdom, one will realize the non-conceptual perfect enlightenment," up to the point of preventing the conceptualizations of the purified object. This is what is to be explained. Furthermore, if asked, "By what cause are these called conceptualizations?" The answer is: "Because it is said, 'The object is not the self as it is,' it is called conceptualization because of inverted conceptualization." In order to explain the two conceptualizations of what grasps, it is said: "Sentient beings, real entities, and imputations are considered to be grasping conceptualizations. By distinguishing between ordinary beings and noble ones, each of them is truly nine." Among these, the first conceptualization of what grasps, which is the support for the real existence of ordinary beings, is: "O, venerable Subhuti, what is the essence of the practice of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices the Perfection of Wisdom?" Starting from there, "Not being afraid of the emptiness of all phenomena up to omniscience, not being greatly afraid," and so on, is to prevent the conceptualizations of the support of the real existence of a person. This is what is to be explained. If it is said that this wisdom of the selflessness of all phenomena is not different because it is also present in ordinary beings, and that this first one established at the time of the conceptualization of what grasps has no distinction, the answer is: "The suchness of those..."

Therefore, it is meaningless because it is said here that mindfulness is faith-mindfulness. If it can be examined, then the second kind of grasping-aspect conceptualization of the noble one, which has an object, is asking the reason for the disheartening of the mind. The Blessed One said, because all dharmas do not exist, starting from "Where is birth, where is dwelling, and where is change not found, then who will abide in suchness? Who, having abided in suchness, will manifest unexcelled, perfect, complete enlightenment, or teach the Dharma," it is shown that conceptualization is prevented in all noble ones. There is also such an example of a noble one: Monks, after the night had passed, at dawn, I heard the sound of creatures chirping. Likewise, at that time, at that moment, I became the king of beasts called the lion with incomplete limbs. These words are only nominal, not ultimate truth, so they are meaningless. Being placed in the context of grasping-aspect conceptualization is not pervasive. Why are these called conceptualizations? Because, if the object of grasping does not exist, then what do you want to grasp with? Therefore, these grasping are the characteristics of emptiness of self-nature. Therefore, these four conceptualizations, each one should be understood as nine kinds. So, what are the nine kinds of the first grasping-object conceptualization? Self-nature, kind, as well as, completely and truly establishing, as well as the object of knowledge not being inverted, as well as the incompatible and the antidote, as well as self-realization and action, as well as its karmic result, the conceptualization of the object of the aspect of entering, is considered to be nine kinds. Thus it is declared. So, what is the conceptualization of self-nature? Subhuti, what do you think? Do you truly see the mind like an illusion? Starting from "How does one attain peace with peace," until attaining is also unreasonable, and Subhuti, it is so. Subhuti, do you think that the Prajnaparamita is very peaceful, from
