One should bestow the power of letters. Then, the end of the fifth of the fifth and the fifth of the seventh are adorned with two bindus. Then, the seed syllable of the first of the first is adorned with the fifth vowel. The seed syllable of the second of the sixth is endowed with the fifth vowel. Again, the seed syllable of the first of the first is endowed with the fifth vowel. The seed syllable of the third of the sixth is then completely adorned with the eleventh of the first (visarga). The seed syllable of the fourth of the seventh is completely adorned with fire below. Having made the head correspond to the fourth vowel, the end is combined with the tseg drag (stop and draw), at the end recite namo, again recite boṣaṭa, and repeat at its end. With the end of svāhā, again do it to everything. Recite these fifteen seed syllables of the mantra a hundred thousand times, and make a fire offering with one-tenth of white flowers. On the right, by intensely entering life, bind it into the sun and moon. Having bound the life on the left and right, the mantra practitioner should always recite it. With a rosary of crystal and pearl fruits, thread one hundred and eight beads with thread. At the time of the arising of life, the beads should be moved. This is the weapon. One should recite with a rosary of pearls. One should purify the food of the five amṛtas with this mantra. By blessing the three realities of the three letters oṃ āḥ hūṃ, the mantra will be accomplished. In one's own heart, visualize three skulls arising from the first vowel, and above them a lotus vessel. In its center are five seed syllables. Then, arising from the seed syllables, going up from pūlīrama, again as far as jālandhara. Then, going up from jālandhara, one should realize the tathāgatas. In this, everything becomes one.

Quickly visualize the earth as the shape of a moon mandala, which is nectar. The nectar dripping from the vajra-bell's aperture fills the aggregates, elements, and sense bases. It satisfies them and abides in their containers. On the bell is the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) hanging upside down. Above that, visualize the syllable Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). Then, on the seed syllable in your heart, in a lotus container, visualize the stainless nectar of wisdom. Then, from the complete transformation of the syllable Yaṃ (藏文:ཡཾ,梵文天城体:यं,梵文罗马拟音:yaṃ,汉语字面意思:扬), visualize the wind mandala, marked with banners, in the shape of a black bow. Above that, from the complete transformation of the syllable Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), visualize the fire mandala, triangular, marked with the burning syllable Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), possessing the radiance of fire. Above that, at the navel, visualize a white lotus with eight petals, complete with stamens, reaching to the end of the secret place. In its center, the syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:赫利) blazes, its rays intertwined, extremely clear and blissful, completely transformed into the Bhagavati Kurukulle, satisfied with the nectar of wisdom. And visualize the five Tathagatas entering into it. By this, think of the rain of wisdom nectar falling, and constantly subdue all poisons with the wisdom of mantra. Then, if the mantra practitioner wishes to pacify poison, starting from the first day of the white month, in three sessions, recite one hundred thousand in each session, and in this way, each day, focus on the body of the Bhagavati, holding a white cloth and wearing it on the body. After that, visualize the white syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:赫利) residing on the moon in your heart completely transformed into the stem of an eight-petaled lotus, reaching to the end of the place of generation. On its eight petals, visualize the eight vowel letters completely transformed into eight bees, joyful, content, and flourishing. Black and red alternate in order, from your nostrils, desiring to reach Uḍḍiyāna in the forest, emerging from the apertures of your left and right nostrils, entering powerfully into the right nostril of the one afflicted by poison, cutting and aging the poisons. The first of the eighth, transformed from the first vowel letter, possessing petals slightly whiter, visualize as "completely adorned," and emerging from the right nostril of the one afflicted by poison.
