གུ་སྟེ། །འཕྱང་མ་རབ་ཏུ་འཕྱང་བ་མོ། །ལྷ་མོ་ཞགས་ནག་བུམ་ལྟོ་མ། །གཤིན་རྗེའི་ཕོ་ཉ་གཤིན་རྗེའི་སྲིན། །འབྱུང་པོ་ཟ་མ་འབྱུང་མོ་རྣམས། །གཏོར་མ་མེ་ཏོག་བདུག་པ་དྲི། །སྒྲོན་མ་འདི་ ནི་སོ་སོར་བཞེས། །ཞལ་ཟས་དག་ཀྱང་དབུལ་བགྱི་ཞིང༌། །དུས་ཀུན་དུ་ནི་བསྲུང་བར་མཛོད། །རྣམ་པ་ཀུན་ནི་བདག་དང་ནི། །འཁོར་བཅས་མ་ལུས་སེམས་ཅན་གྱི། །ཉེ་བར་འཚེ་ཉིད་ཐམས་ཅད་དང༌། །འཇིགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཉམས་པར་གྱིས། །དེ་བཞིན་རྟག་ཏུ་མྱུར་བར་ནི། །འཆི་ལྟས་ཀུན་དང་ཆེར་འབབ་པའང༌། །ལོ་བརྒྱ་རུ་ནི་འཚོ་གྱུར་ཅིག །རྟག་ཏུ་སྟོན་བརྒྱ་མཐོང་བར་ཤོག །རྟག་ཏུ་གྲུབ་པའི་སྔགས་ཀྱི་གཞི། །བདེ་ལེགས་དང་ནི་གཞི་ཚུགས་གྱུར། །སླར་ཡང་མཆོད་དེ། མ་རྙེད་ཅེས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པས་བཟོད་པར་གསོལ་ཏེ་གཤེགས་སུ་གསོལ་བར་བྱའོ། བསྲུང་བ་ལྔའི་མཆོད་བའི་ཆོ་ག་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།རྒྱ་གར་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་པཎྜི་ཏ་ཆེན་པོ། ནགས་ཀྱི་རིན་ཆེན་གྱི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་དང༌། གཞོན་ནུ་དཔལ་གྱིས་བསྒྱུར་བའོ།། བསྲུང་བ་ལྔའི་མཆོད་པའི་ཆོ་ག།

Gu ste. Hanging, extremely hanging mother. Goddess black rope, pot-bellied one. Yama's messenger, Yama's rakshasi. Beings eaters, beings mothers all. Torma, flowers, incense, fragrance. Lamps, these each take. Food also offer, always protect. In all ways, I and all retinue, all sentient beings. All near harm, all fears, make them subside. Thus always quickly, all death omens and fiercely descending ones, live to be a hundred years old. Always see a hundred autumns. Always accomplished mantra's basis. Happiness and foundation be established. Again offer, with "not obtained" etc., ask for forgiveness, ask them to depart. The offering ritual of the five protections is complete.
