་གཟིགས་ནས། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་འཁྲུལ་འཁོར་འཇོམས་མཛད་པ། །ཐུགས་རྗེའི་མངའ་བདག་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སེམས་ཅན་སྨིན་ཅིང་གྲོལ་བར་མཛད་པའི་ཕྱིར། །སེམས་ཅན་ཁམས་ན་བཞུགས་ཤིང་སྤྱོད་གྱུར་ཀྱང༌། །ཆགས་པས་མི་གོས་པདྨ་ལྟར་དག་པ། །འདོད་ཆགས་ དག་པའི་བདག་ཉིད་ཁྱོད་ལ་འདུད། །སེམས་ཅན་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་ནུབ་པ་ལ། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་གྲུར་ཞུགས་ནས། །ཞི་བ་རིན་ཆེན་མཆོག་གླིང་སྐྱེལ་མཛད་པ། །ཀུན་གྱི་དེད་དཔོན་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་འདུད། །སེམས་ཅན་བཀྲེན་པ་ཆོས་ཀྱིས་ཕོངས་གྱུར་པས། །མ་རིག་ཐིབས་པོའི་ནང་དུ་སོང་བ་རྣམས། །འཕགས་པའི་ནོར་བདུན་དག་གིས་ཚིམ་མཛད་པ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སྒྲོན་མའི་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བསྟོད། །སེམས་ཅན་ལས་ཀྱི་ཆུ་བོས་འབད་པ་རྣམས། །དམ་ཆོས་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཟམ་པས་སྒྲོལ་མཛད་པ། །འཕགས་ལམ་ཡན་ལག་བརྒྱད་ལ་འགོད་མཛད་པ། །གསུང་གི་མངའ་བདག་ལྷ་མོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་བསྟོད། །ཅེས་པ་དང༌། ཡང་སློབ་དཔོན་ཙནྡྲ་གོ་མིས་བསྟོད་བའི་སྲིད་གསུམ་སྟོན་པ་ལྷ་དང་མི་ཡིས་མཆོད་འོས་ལ་སོགས་པས་ཀྱང་བསྟོད་པ་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ནས་ཡོན་བདག་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ་བསམས་པས་སྨོན་ལམ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་བཏབ་སྟེ། བདག་སོགས་སེམས་ཅན་སྐལ་ལྡན་འདི་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ཡི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་བཞེངས་པས་ནི། །དགེ་ཚོགས་མ་ལུས་ཅི་ཡོད་མདུན་བྱས་ཏེ། །རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ལྷ་མོ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་རྒྱལ་མཆོག་གི་ལུས་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པའི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །ཚེ་འདི་ནད་དང་གནོད་པ་དང༌། །འབྱུང་པོ་འཁྲུགས་དང་གདོན་ཀུན་ཞི་གྱུར་ཤོག །ཅེས་བྱའོ། །ཤར་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གཟུངས་ཚར་གཅིག་གམ། གཉིས་སམ་གསུམ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཉེ་བར་བཤད་པ་ལྟར་བཀླག །རྒྱས་པར་བྱེད་ན། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་བཞེངས་པའི་བྱང་དུ་སློབ་མ་འདུག་ལ། བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱི་དབང་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསྐུར་བར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་བསྡུ་གཤེགས་གཏོར་མ་བཏང་བ་ཀུན་བྱ། ཁྱད་པར་དུ་ལེགས་ལྡན་གྱི་མཆོད་པ་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་དགེ་འདུན་གྱི་མཆོད་སྟོན་ལ་སོགས་བ་ཀུན་བྱའོ། །ཚ་ཚའི་ཆོ་ག་འདི་བྱས་པས། །ཁམས་གསུམ་མ་ལུས་སེམས་ཅན་ཀུན། །ལྷ་མོ་ཉིད་དང་སྐལ་མཉམ་ནས། །གདུལ་བྱའི་དོན་ལ་མྱུར་བརྩོན་ཤོག །ཚ་ཚའི་བྱ་བ་སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུས་མཛད་པ་རྫོགས་སོ།། །།ཟངས་དཀར་ལོ་ཙཱ་བས་ཐོ་ལིང་གི་གཙུག་ལག་ཁང་དུ་བསྒྱུར་བའོ།། །། འཕགས་མ་གདུགས་དཀར་མོ་ཅན་གྱི་སཱཙྪའི་ཆོ་ག་ཞེས་བྱ་བ།པདྨའི་ལྕགས་ཀྱུ།

观视之后，以慈悲摧毁痛苦的流转之轮，顶礼慈悲之主您。为了使众生成熟和解脱，即使安住和行持于众生界，如莲花般清净不为贪欲所染，顶礼您，清净贪欲的自性。对于沉溺于轮回大海的众生，以慈悲乘着方便和智慧之船，将他们送往寂静珍宝的殊胜洲，顶礼您，一切的舵手天女。众生因贫乏而匮乏佛法，进入无明黑暗之中，以圣者的七财使他们满足，赞叹您，智慧明灯的天女。众生被业力的水流所冲刷，以正法甘露的桥梁度脱他们，安置于八支圣道，赞叹您，语自在的天女。如是说。又当以旃扎果弥论师所赞颂的，三界导师，天人应供等等来赞颂。之后，思维施主及其眷属，发起广大的愿文：我等有缘众生，因塑造法身之像，将所有善资作为供养，愿获得圆满正觉天女之果位。愿获得转轮圣王的殊胜之身。愿往生圆满的净土。愿此生疾病和损害，以及鬼神作祟和魔障全部平息。如是说。于东方诵读一遍或两遍或三遍等如所说之明咒。若要广修，则于所建坛城的北方安置弟子，并授予吉祥灌顶等。之后，进行收摄，送走食子等一切仪轨。特别要作殊胜的供养。之后，进行僧众的供斋等一切仪轨。行持此擦擦仪轨，愿三界一切众生，皆与天女平等，迅速精勤于调伏之事。擦擦之事业，莲师铁钩所造已圆满。 藏噶译师于托林寺所译。 圣救度母白伞盖佛母擦擦仪轨，莲师铁钩。

Having gazed, with compassion destroying the wheel of suffering's circulation, I prostrate to you, the lord of compassion. In order to ripen and liberate sentient beings, even though you dwell and act in the realm of sentient beings, like a lotus, pure and unstained by desire, I bow to you, the essence of pure desire. For sentient beings drowning in the ocean of samsara, with compassion embarking on the boat of skillful means and wisdom, transporting them to the supreme island of peaceful jewels, I bow to you, the helmswoman of all, goddess. Sentient beings, impoverished and lacking Dharma, having gone into the darkness of ignorance, satisfying them with the seven noble riches, I praise you, the goddess of the lamp of wisdom. Sentient beings, struggling in the river of karma, liberating them with the bridge of the nectar of the sacred Dharma, establishing them on the eightfold noble path, I praise you, the goddess of speech's dominion. Thus it is said. Furthermore, one should praise with the praises of Teacher Chandragomin, such as the teacher of the three realms, worthy of offerings from gods and humans, and so forth. After that, contemplating the patrons and their retinues, one should make vast aspirations: May we, fortunate sentient beings, by creating images of the Dharmakaya, offer all accumulations of merit, and may we attain the state of the complete and perfect enlightened goddess. May we attain the supreme body of a Chakravartin king. May we be born in a perfect pure land. May diseases and harms in this life, as well as disturbances from spirits and all obstacles, be pacified. Thus it is said. In the east, one should recite the mantra one, two, or three times, as has been explained. If one wishes to elaborate, the disciple should be seated to the north of the mandala that has been constructed, and auspicious empowerments and so forth should be bestowed. After that, one should perform all the activities of gathering and dispersing, and offering the torma. In particular, one should make excellent offerings. After that, one should perform all the activities of offering feasts to the Sangha and so forth. By performing this Tsa-tsa ritual, may all sentient beings in the three realms, becoming equal to the goddess herself, quickly strive for the benefit of those to be tamed.
