Clearly explaining how to avert evil deeds. All you beings, to all of you, I offer these tormas individually, may you joyfully accept them. Then, may you dwell well in your respective directions, and together with your children, relatives, friends, kin, family, army, and soldiers, taking with you the tormas, flowers, fragrances, and incense, may you partake of these and carry them well, may you accomplish the fruits of my actions. Thus, it should be said. Then, in front of the four masks made, lead four circumambulations, and after praising them with the mantra, send them to the four directions. Then, make offerings to the Bhagavati and her retinue, and after praising them with the praises of the tantra, etc., may oneself and the patrons, together with their retinue, hold flowers, and also praise and circumambulate the banners, or the images and mandalas, etc. Pray for the pacification of diseases and evil spirits, ask for forgiveness, invite the wisdom beings, gather the samaya beings, send the torma to the harmful side, and speak auspicious words. This will pacify all human and livestock diseases, bad dreams, bad omens, curses, phurkas, and enemy armies, etc. Rain will also fall in due season, the essence of trees and all grains such as barley will grow, and all humans and livestock will increase, becoming supremely virtuous. Chandragomin, having obtained the actual permission of the Holy One, composed the torma ritual based on the spoken tantra. May this virtue bring happiness to all beings!
