于大、莲花、业之间安插。然后施予成就之行仪：此乃一切佛之，金刚手之手中所持。汝当恒常受持之，金刚手之行仪坚固。然后将弟子观想为释迦牟尼佛之身，以左手持僧衣之边缘，握拳置于心间，右手作胜施印，而作授记：诸佛菩萨众，以及圣者们，异口同声地，授记为金刚持。赐予智慧之授记。然后传授秘密之智慧：如离贪欲者一般，于三界中亦无罪。因此当离贪欲。汝切莫为之，于此大乐之乘中，此后无有死亡，以痛苦之节约而寂灭，有寂彻底转为成就。彻底舍弃自我之后，不应修持苦行，当如何安乐地修持后，将获得佛之成就。如是上师之坛城，具足咒语与续部之事业。诸佛与菩萨，以慈悲之力量，为利有情故。汝当勤奋书写坛城仪轨，并于续部，听闻与修持之。如是赐予许可。诸灌顶圆满后，以种种音声及乐器之别供养坛城之诸神与上师，并作绕行。将坛城之诸神安置于自身心间，并以会供与内之火供令其欢喜。然后念诵百字明，祈请宽恕。嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），吽（藏文：ཧཱུ༵，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），穆（藏文：མུཿ，梵文天城体：मुः，梵文罗马拟音：muḥ，汉语字面意思：穆）！祈请返回本位。将坛城之扫帚、劣质食子等供品与乐器，丢入大河之中。我以善妙书写坛城仪轨，所翻译之功德，愿以此令三界众生，皆往具德之处。若有错谬之处，祈请智者们宽恕。名为忿怒王金刚天铁炽燃之坛城仪轨。印度之大导师，居住于南方吉祥山之麦哲里巴上师所造圆满。班智达巴尔波

Insert between the great, the lotus, and the karma. Then bestow the conduct of accomplishment: This is held in the hand of Vajrapani, of all the Buddhas. May you always hold it, the conduct of Vajrapani is firm. Then visualize the disciple as the body of Shakyamuni Buddha, holding the edge of the robe with the left hand, holding the fist at the heart, making the supreme generosity with the right hand, and prophesying: Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble ones, with one voice, prophesy as Vajradhara. Bestow the prophecy of wisdom. Then teach the secret wisdom: Like those who are free from desire, there is no sin even in the three realms. Therefore, be free from desire. You should never do it, in this great bliss vehicle, there is no death hereafter, nirvana is attained by saving suffering, existence is completely transformed into accomplishment. After completely abandoning oneself, one should not practice asceticism, but after practicing happily, one will attain the accomplishment of Buddhahood. Thus, the mandala of the teacher is endowed with the activities of mantra and tantra. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, by the power of compassion, for the sake of sentient beings. You should diligently write the mandala ritual, and listen to and practice the tantra. Thus, permission is granted. After all the empowerments are completed, offer various sounds and musical instruments to the deities of the mandala and the lama, and circumambulate. Place all the deities of the mandala in your own heart, and please them with the tsok and inner fire puja. Then recite the hundred-syllable mantra, and ask for forgiveness. Please return to your original position. Throw the mandala's broom, inferior torma, and other offerings and musical instruments into the great river. By writing the mandala ritual well, whatever merit is obtained by translating it, may all beings in the three realms go to the place of glory. If there are any mistakes, please forgive the wise ones.
