圣观自在菩萨千手成就法。 龙树。 圣观自在菩萨千手成就法。 龙树。 印度语：Aryavalokiteshvarasahastrabhuja sadhanaṃ。 藏语：圣观自在菩萨千手成就法。 顶礼世间自在。 观世音自在，三界之主。 虽于过去时已现证成佛，然以大悲力，示现十地之行相。 顶礼无量方便之智！ 其中，首先，若欲修持世间自在之瑜伽士，应舍弃一切世间俗务，如山般不为世间八法所动摇。于鲜花、流水、树木、各种果实等风景宜人的地方，在非常悦意的房舍中，陈设身语意之所依，于垫子上，面向西方，行沐浴之瑜伽。 念诵：嗡啊 毗格南达 哲达 吽 啪 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿབིགྷྣཱན་ཏ་ཀྲྀཏ་ཧཱུཾ་པཊ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ vighnāntakṛta hūṃ paṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊，障碍终结者，吽，啪)。以此清除十方之魔障。 之后，以完全舍弃自身利益之心，皈依三宝。 修持四梵住。 视一切众生如独子，是为慈。 哀哉！这些众生沉溺于轮回之海，长久感受痛苦！如此思量，从今以后，我将救度他们脱离轮回痛苦之海，是为大悲。 一切众生， 欲安置于无漏无间之乐中，是为喜。 乐与苦，名声与无名，获得与未得，赞扬与诽谤，此世间八法，通达彼等皆平等，是为舍。 之后，为如虚空般无边众生之利益，获得观自在之果位。 胎生、卵生、湿生、化生之所有众生，皆安置于佛地，如是坚定发心。

In Tibetan: The Sadhana of the Thousand-Armed Avalokiteshvara. Homage to the Lord of the World. Avalokiteshvara, Lord, Protector of the Three Realms. Although manifestly enlightened in the past, through the power of compassion, you demonstrate the conduct of the ten bhumis. Homage to the wisdom of immeasurable means! Firstly, a yogi who wishes to practice the Lord of the World should abandon all worldly activities and, like a mountain, be unmoved by the eight worldly concerns. In a very delightful place with flowers, flowing water, trees, and various fruits, in a very pleasant dwelling, having arranged representations of body, speech, and mind as appropriate, on a clean mat facing west, perform the yogas of bathing. Recite: Om Ah Vighnantakrita Hum Phet. By saying this, dispel the obstacles of the ten directions. Then, with the thought of completely abandoning one's own benefit, take refuge in the Three Jewels. Meditate on the Four Immeasurables. To regard all sentient beings as if they were one's only child is loving-kindness. Alas! These sentient beings are drowning in the ocean of samsara, experiencing suffering for a long time! Thinking thus, from this moment on, I will liberate them from the ocean of suffering of samsara, this is great compassion. All sentient beings, wishing to place them in uninterrupted, undefiled bliss, is joy. Pleasure and pain, fame and obscurity, gain and loss, praise and blame, understanding that all these eight worldly concerns are equal is equanimity. Then, for the benefit of all sentient beings equal to space, may I attain the state of Avalokiteshvara. May all sentient beings born from the womb, born from eggs, born from moisture, and born miraculously be placed on the ground of Buddhahood, with such firm intention.
