Therefore, it makes all sentient beings free from the fear of hail and so on. The one called 'Great Belly Serpent Eater,' in order to show the greatness of the body of the noble Vajrapani, therefore it is called 'Great Belly,' showing that the elephant-headed heretics were subdued by the great belly. The one called 'Serpent Eater' shows that the conceptualization of Garuda is completely destroyed. The one called 'Frightening with the sound of clapping hands,' due to the agitation of the wrath of extreme compassion, the fear of the sound arising from the clapping of hands, the pervader, Mahadeva, Brahma, and so on, all took refuge in the Bhagavan blue-clad Vajrapani, this is its meaning. The one called 'The Naga King Good Wings bound as a belt,' formerly when Good Wings was written on the seven levels of the earth, Garuda pulled, two and a half coils out of seven reached the summit of Mount Sumeru, six and a half coils remained underground, at that time the Naga could not be eaten by Garuda. Even such Good Wings were effortlessly bound as a belt by the noble Vajrapani with the power of magical transformation, only one span long, this shows the measure of the body's size. The one called 'Uttering the sound of Ala La,' the sound of 'Ala La' is the oath uttered by zombies. It means, hey! Zombies and fierce Dakinis, I have risen, what can you do? Thus uttering sounds and creating fear. The one called 'In the depths of the ocean there are eighty-four thousand yojanas, the soles of the feet reach there,' this shows the body pervading the earth, underground, and above ground. Similarly, with eighty thousand yojanas as the length of the knees, it is known that the length of the upper body is two hundred thousand yojanas. Therefore, it is mentioned that Indra and the sun are carried on the shoulders, because the body's size is higher than the summit of Mount Sumeru, so the gods such as Indra prostrate and make offerings. The one called 'Destroying all Nagas,' took away the poison residing in the throats of the Nagas with mantras, thereby completely destroying and killing the poison in their hearts.

It is understood as such. The so-called "shaking with great laughter" means that Haha the Victorious, abiding in the vow, shakes and subdues the hearts of all the external Dakinis. The so-called "the three realms of beings in the form of Yama are frightened" means that the noble Vajrapani, although with blue clothes and the nature of a great Vajra heart, is seen by the beings of the three realms as the form of Yama, and they are extremely frightened and seek refuge. Therefore, how do they prostrate? The so-called "I prostrate to the one who causes the death of the Nagas" means that death is the meaning of subduing. Therefore, all gods and humans will pay homage to the Bhagavan Vajrapani with offerings and praises. Thus, the form, power, and greatness of the noble Vajrapani have been declared. Now again, it means that the praise of the Vajrapani's mantra will be shown. The so-called "when the Buddha Bhagavan speaks of the mantra as many as the sands of the Ganges," means that the mantra spoken, is speaking, and will be spoken by all the Buddhas of the past, future, and present is the most supreme, so it is said: 'You practitioners should also recite this mantra.' What is the mantra of the compiler's instructions? It is said: Tadyatha (ཏདྱ་ཐཱ།, Tadyathā, Thus). The mantra to be spoken is the display. The so-called " भो भो बान नाग अधि पतये (Tibetan: བྷོ་བྷོ་བཱན་ནཱ་ག་ཨ་དྷི་པ་ཏ་ཡེ་, Devanagari: भो भो बान नाग अधि पतये, Romanized Sanskrit: bho bho bāna nāga adhi pataye, Literal Chinese meaning: Hey! Hey! Arrow! Dragon! Lord!)", Naga (ནཱ་ག་, Nāga) means dragon. The so-called " अधि पतये (Tibetan: ཨ་དྷི་པ་ཏ་ཡེ་, Devanagari: अधिपतये, Romanized Sanskrit: adhipataye, Literal Chinese meaning: Lord)" means the supreme lord, the eight great Naga kings. The so-called " भो भो (Tibetan: བྷོ་བྷོ་, Devanagari: भो भो, Romanized Sanskrit: bho bho, Literal Chinese meaning: Hey! Hey!)" means "Hey! Hey!", which is the meaning of calling them. The so-called " इदन (Tibetan: ཨི་དན་, Devanagari: इदन, Romanized Sanskrit: idana, Literal Chinese meaning: This)" means "this", which will be called. What is "this"? It is said: " नीलाम्बर धर शरीरं (Tibetan: ནཱི་ལཱཾ་བ་ར་དྷ་ར་ཤ་རཱི་རཾ་, Devanagari: नीलाम्बर धर शरीरं, Romanized Sanskrit: nīlāmbara dhara śarīraṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Wearing blue clothes)", which is the body in blue clothes. Because the mantra cannot arise without realizing the form, it shows that the mantra and the form are inseparable. The so-called " वज्रपाणि हृदयं (Tibetan: བཛྲ་པཱ་ཎི་ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡཾ་, Devanagari: वज्रपाणि हृदयं, Romanized Sanskrit: vajrapāṇi hṛdayaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajrapani's heart)" is the essence of Vajrapani, only the one in blue clothes. The so-called essence is the words spoken to subdue the wicked, which can manifest the deeds to be accomplished.
