In this sutra, the mantras and secret mantras spoken by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and the distinctions of worldly deities, these three families, the Tathagata family, the Padma family, and the Vajra family, as well as other treasures, amusements, and worldly families, are all correctly gathered and shown. The families, mantras, secret mantras, and differences in actions, and methods of pleasing them, are extensively explained in some places, slightly shown in others, and in others, it is thought that they have not been spoken. Therefore, the Bhagavan Vajradhara, in order to make all mantras pleasing, becoming the totality of everything, showed the practices of entering, combining, practicing, and accomplishing. The eleven chapters of the secret mantra sutra requested by Strong Arm are established and shown here. The first chapter shows that it is explained by seven meanings, and the meaning of the first sentence is like this: the sutra, the holder of the sutra, the questioner, the connection, what is to be said, the necessity, and the necessity of necessity are shown.
