It means that, like this, in this distinction, the activities combined with rituals, various rituals are extensively explained. "Like the ritual of distinction," it means that in this chapter, with mudras, mantras, and the union of deities, according to the activities spoken of in this tantra and the activities arising from other tantras, if one practices according to the rituals of those tantras, one will achieve accomplishment. The explanation of the third belonging to the secret is complete. This fourth chapter belonging to the secret is taught with six meanings. First, the meaning of the division of topics is explained. "Then again, this is good," which means that other than what was said above, what will appear below is called "Candri," which means that words and meanings appear good. Various activities will appear below. "The wheel of Hele is vast," which means that "He" means that going to any place does not require multiple repetitions, but one can arrive in one go, which means fast. "There is no other good than that," which means that there is nothing other than the wheel of Hele, so it means unsurpassed. Now, first do the seed syllable, and then show the appearance of the secret mantra. "What was first said as He," which means that according to the treatises of grammar, the letters do not have hooks and generation. According to the treatise of which letter it is, where is the letter "Ha" spoken, except for the vertical stroke and the hook. "All the motivating seed syllables," which means that those letters "Ha" are all the motivating seed syllables, therefore it is also the seed syllable of all letters. That is, the seed syllables of Om (唵，oṃ，perfection) and Ah (आः，āḥ，arising) and Hum (हुṃ，hūṃ，subduing) and so on. Because it motivates everything, it can do all activities, therefore it is all the motivating seed syllables. It is taking and holding, and after taking it like that, one must also do the "He" that combines activities, it has freedom over doing activities.
