Refers to all realms of sentient beings, knowing without the obscuration of wisdom, therefore it is said to be the secret mantra word with the power of non-attachment to the three times. Then, from "At that time, the power of the tongue fulfills all desires" to "entering into samadhi," the Blessed One entered into samadhi in order to fully proclaim the vidya queen. Entering into samadhi in this way is also because the Blessed One entered into such a samadhi, thinking that wonderful things would happen, in order to make sentient beings watch and listen. The power of the tongue fulfills all desires, and the transformations cover all the Buddha-fields with all perfections. This is because in order to enter that samadhi, the Tathagata accumulated truthful words for many kalpas, and the major marks of the Tathagata, the great tongue, thin and copper-colored, cover everything. "Great" refers to the characteristics of that samadhi, because it pervades all three realms. "Completely pure" means without the obscuration of knowledge and afflictions. "Dharma banner" refers to teaching the Dharma that is superior to others like a banner. "Top" refers to the samadhi itself, which is the characteristic of teaching the mantra word. "Looking at the top" means looking at all three realms, so it is as high as the top, these are the characteristics of samadhi. "All the Tathagatas pervade the Dharma realm" means pervading all three realms. Therefore, it is called completely protecting all realms of sentient beings, connecting the Blessed One who emits such a sound, the king of vidya mantras, as spoken. All wise Buddhas, because they have spoken this vidya mantra, from "is" to "the terrifying form of Rakshasa," all those will be destroyed, this is the subsequent praise of the power of the vidya queen, for the sake of protecting all sentient beings, saving and preventing, protecting is protecting from small harms, preventing is

The medium protection is freedom from fear. Rescue is to rescue sentient beings from great harm. Those in whose hearts the guardian abides have no fear. This means that if sentient beings remember this vidya queen in their hearts, they will have no fear. Then, the Blessed One again blessed the vast expanse of the Dharma realm, and from "blessing" to "the tongue of the Tathagata" he explained the mantras needed in the mandala. Then, the Blessed One again blessed the vast expanse of the Dharma realm, and the Dharma realm also has two aspects: profound and vast. Among them, the profound is the nature of the heart of bodhi. The vast is the wheel of the inexhaustible vajra ornaments of body and so on, that is, the blessing of the inexhaustible wheel of body and so on. At that time, he entered into the samadhi called "possessing the essence of the treasury of Dharma," which is a distinction of that samadhi. The treasury of Dharma refers to the place where the samaya mantra and so on arise. Essence refers to the place of origin, that is, the place where those mantras arise. The vidya mantra that enters into samaya arises, where samaya refers to universal going or discrimination, that is, the inexhaustible vajra ornaments of body and so on, and entering into discrimination refers to this vidya. Entering also includes entering without having obtained it and entering after having obtained it and then being damaged. Among them, entering without having obtained it refers to taking this vidya for the first time and entering without having seen the mandala. Bodhisattvas such as Samantabhadra also naturally see that mandala simply by reciting that vidya. Entering after having obtained it and then being damaged refers to reciting the samaya mantra after someone else has made offerings in the middle of having already entered the mandala. Reciting that mantra is also hearing the secret of the qualities of the three wheels of body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata. Then, immediately in all Buddha-fields and in all the mandalas of the bodhisattva retinues, the sound of the vidya mantra entering into samaya appears, where all the Buddha-fields refers to the ordinary beings to be tamed.
