Grant permission with these vows, and bestow the essence of one's own deity. Then teach the wisdom of the four seals. Bind the mudra of praise, and empower all the disciples. Oṃ, this is the prophecy I give you. Vajrasattva Tathagata. For the sake of accomplishing the three realms. Liberate from the evil destinies of existence. Hey, Tathagata named Vajra so-and-so, Siddhi Sama Sattva Bhur Bhuva Svaha (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི་ས་མ་སཏྭཾ་བྷུར་བྷུ་བ་སྭཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: सिद्धि सम सत्त्वं भूर् भुव स्वः, Sanskrit Romanization: siddhi sama sattvaṃ bhūr bhuva svaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: accomplishment, equal to sentient beings, earth, space, sky). Praise him, I am this. Bind the two fists of the Tathagata, with the left hand holding the edge of the Dharma robe and the right hand in the gesture of fearlessness. The remaining rituals should be understood from the second chapter. The subsequent practice and the re-practice of the subsequent practice should also be understood in the same way. Then perform the fire offering, purify the disciple by sprinkling, and place him on the left side. Hold his right thumb and right hand with the left hand. Perform seven butter fire offerings with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Circle the disciple with the ladle, and offer three full ladles with it. Then perform the fire offering like the Buddha's Eye. Then tie a protective wheel of Vajra Yaksha, which has been recited, on the disciple's hand, and purify by sprinkling with the recited water. Oṃ, Ruru, Aphuru, Jvala, Tiṣṭha, Siddha, Locani, Sarva, Artha, Sādhani, Svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་རུ་རུ་ཨཕུ་རུ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཏིཥྛ་སིདྡྷ་ལོ་ཙ་ནི་སརྦ་ཨརྠ་སཱ་དྷ་ནི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ रु रु अफुरु ज्वल तिष्ठ सिद्ध लोचनि सर्व अर्थ साधानि स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ru ru aphuru jvala tiṣṭha siddha locani sarva artha sādhāni svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ, Ruru, Aphuru, burning, abide, accomplished, luminous one, all, meaning, accomplisher, Svāhā). This is the mantra of the Buddha's Eye, apply it to the heart and send away the disciple, this is the common ritual of the disciple. For the empowerment of the master, focus on this. Perform the fire offering with a hundred butter burnings and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ). Then, with the Buddha's Eye, offer one hundred and eight fire offerings with a mixture of honey, butter, and yogurt, with the mantra of the Buddha's Eye itself. Then, in the same way, tie the protective wheel and purify by sprinkling, apply it to the heart, and again, as before, visualize the mandala in the stove. After offering the fire offering to the deities in the mandala, again praise the Bhagavan residing in the mandala with one hundred and eight names, and offer perfectly with all offerings. Give the torma outside and make close contact, untie the mudras, etc.

Then, following the previously described rituals, invite the Blessed One and his retinue to descend. Then, similarly, enter the emanation mandala within one's own body. Since the Prajñāpāramitā is boundless, the Tathāgata is also boundless. Since the Prajñāpāramitā is infinite, all Vajras are also infinite. Since the Prajñāpāramitā is manifold, all Dharmas are also manifold. Since the Prajñāpāramitā is ultimate, all actions are also without end. Great sentient being, well done, well done! Great bliss, well done, well done! Great Vehicle, well done, well done! Great wisdom, well done, well done! This ritual is well spoken! This is called "The Ritual of the Mandala of the Glorious Supreme First." Kunga Nyingpo (Ananda-garbha).
